This was my second experience staying at this hotel, due to the fact that the first time I was extremely satisfied with all the services and conditions of the hotel for this very reason I decided to stay at the same hotel. wish I could have stayed longer.

great staff. David at reception could tell we just arrive from an all night flight, and found us a room in our chosen category well earlier than our check in time of 3pm. Now don't count on this all time as I imagine it was due to availability, however these days most staff won't go thru the bother to help like that, so thanks a lot David! the bar staff was equally great with yummy cocktails and the room was perfect.

Room service certainly could be better. We had to remind the front desk (there is no desk per se, but staff with iPads) for the room to be made up. Also, we had to request complimentary coffee bags, instead of the usual procedure to replace them when rooms are made up. Most of the room service staff do not speak English, hence, communication was not easy. And the kicker, they did not have enough clean towels.

The hotel is centrally located in the Coconut Grove District with easy access to shops and excellent restaurants.

Parking was $46 per day. I got an email for a "room upgrade bid" and opted for $40 which got me a garden suite which I think is the same room as what I had before the upgrade.

Room was huge. Location across the street from Cocowalk and lots of restaurants. Very pretty neighborhood.

There was some construction work going on nearby that would wake us up, including on weekends. We asked to move rooms but this could not be facilitated.

The hotel has a lot of character without compromising on luxury. Loved the pool and bar on the rooftop!

I was disappointed in the food/bar service because we were not open for guests early in the morning for coffee/pastries and in the evening, everything was shut down by 10. I thought the lighting in the room was very dark, although the room itself was beautiful.

The Mayfair House unique beautiful property with gorgeous outdoor/inside greenery. Our room was lovely snd we especially liked the private outdoor terrace. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is bar none if you’re planning on hanging out in The Grove. I also felt very safe because there was tight security. This was important to us because we were getting back to the hotel late after working an event.

The price of the valet parking is a bit overrated, but everything was well organized!

We booked 2 double beds for our family and the beds were so big and comfortable! The heated pool was perfect for the colder days and the gym was perfect! We love the neighborhood!
