Check in instructions need to include name of property as houses on Drymen Rd are not numbered. Bed in small room very uncomfortable...New mattress needed. Hosts very responsive when we couldn't get heating working. Property very clean and comfortable...well placed for access to Highlands. Loved our stay...thank you again.

Booking.com is flawed I knew there was no breakfast as a self catering accommodation. No address provided on the confirmation and spent 45 minutes knocking doors to eventually find the place as all I was given was a postcode - wouldn't recommend Booking.com - the number provided to contact the owner was useless as they are obviously a reluctant gatekeeper and only ever got through once - when we were desperate no return of call or message - the lady that let us in was so lovely and thank the lord for her - I would thoroughly recommend the property and we had a fabulous stay but wouldn't book through Booking.com

Spotlessly clean, extremely well appointed and equipped. Beautiful location perfect for our trip. A real credit to the owners and would not hesitate to return if in Scotland. The best nights sleep in such comfortable beds thank you 😊

No toilet brush, no bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom. Very inferior cutlery, nowhere to dry washing. Would have appreciated info on local area, doctors,hospital, and instructions how to work the appliances.

Could put instructions on how to use the oven, I’m used to a gas oven and couldn’t get on with the electric oven at all, didn’t like to bug the host so would be good for future guests to have an itinerary on it. Extremely clean, warm and comfortable. Just a couple of niggles, the towel rail in bathroom needs fixing and bulbs need replacing in kitchen. Otherwise a lovely stay

This is a spacious and comfortable place, a 10 minute walk to the train and cruise ships, near a supermarket. The proprietors response to questions was speedy.

The second bedroom gets really warm and can be noisy when the boiler kicks in, which it frequently does.

The property was really well presented. It was clean and tidy and had all appliances you could need. It’s in a great location to explore but not too remote.

we had no problems with our stay,made our stay even better,stress free

only a 5 minute walk from the train station,close to shops,places to eat and drink and a few minutes walk from the country park and harbour. we got the train from just outside glasgow all the way too balloch,we only had to walk a few minutes to reach our apartment,great contact with the host who supplied us with the code for the lock box and even checked how our stay was when we checked out,little things make a difference. the place was amazing,kitchen was great,if we were staying longer than 2 nights then there was everything to cook with,oven microwave,toaster also washing machine,dish washer ect all mod cons. shower was great very large shower cubicle and im 6 ft 4,beats most tiny little showers in places we have stayed in. bed was really comfy and the flat is located in a very quiet area so we did not hear any traffic so got some great night sleep. very clean and tidy and everything needed. very close to all the tourist attractions like the country park,the harbour for the loch cruise,loch lomond shores only 20 min walk for us. thank your for having us,will definetly book again
