Only one little thing kitchen windows could have done with blinds/curtains only because we like pure darkness and we leave bedroom door open for easy toilet access in the night (we're older and need it lol)

Everything was great, clean tidy all we needed for our stay

This chalet is managed by the owner. You are provided with a direct telephone number & if you have any questions or problems he is very quick to reply to a message or speak to you giving a really personal touch. The chalet is well equipped with a lovely kitchen & shower room. The double bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on whilst away from home. My stay was just out of season so very quiet & peaceful. I didn't visit the beach but has a picturesque walk to the shops & amusements. Would highly recommend & will be sure to visit again 😊😊

Our main problem as pensioners with disabilities was that with no car we had a lot of walking to get to local shops and the beach. The town provides poor maps for visitors.

We were self catering. The chalet was clean and tidy with good cooking facilities, the front windows gave a great view of the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable. A good shower.

The facility description says Heating but doesn't explain that the electric is meatered , the hot water is also electric,, there is no clubhouse or entertainment on site.

The chalet was self contained and very basic, I saw many others that looked comfortable and welcoming, the owner Mike does his utter best to help with a problem, and had our issue fixed in a matter of hours, the TV wouldn't work when someone called early the next day he replaced a cable that wouldn't work I was so happy to have the TV on .

The chalet was very modern, comfy beds, large shower cubicle, modern and well equipped kitchen, host had left tea, coffee, sugar and other useful items for our stay, that was very much appreciated, spotlessly clean on arrival, the host sent a message saying that we could access the chalet early, a lovely chalet on a quiet site, no parking issues

Only the weather!! But can't hold anyone accountable for that!!!

Perfect location, beautifully clean chalet, cosy and warm. Everything we needed was included. A welcome pack with dishcloth, bin bags, tea towel, loo roll, kitchen roll was left for our arrival. Great takeaways nearby. Lovely walks with our dogs, felt safe. Easy check in and out. Friendly owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon. 10 out of 10 from us!!

The property is well proportioned and ideal for a short stay. Every thing has been taken into account, be it cutlery, plates, cooking equipment, etc. I didn't meet Mike but spoke to him and found him to be very accommodating and helpful. Would 100% recommend to anybody.

Mike was an excellent host who was communicating with me from almost 72 hours prior to my stay and cleared all my doubts as it was my first stay at Great Yarmouth. The beach is just around 15-20 mins far which made this stay more enjoyable. Also it was quite a chilling experience as the temperature dropped to around -1 but Mike went a day prior to our stay and helped us by keeping the heaters on so that we were comfortable. We had all the amenities like pots to cook, microwave, kettle and also an induction stove. The house is an excellent place to stay for a handful of atleast 4-5 friends or a small family. As we are nurses we went late and got to the place around midnight where we couldn't get through to open the key holder and Mike explained to us and was available at that part of the night too. Mike makes a great host and I'm happy that I chose 245 Sundowner as my holiday home.

Nothing I disliked to be honest. Could do with some lamps in the bedrooms or wall lights above the bed and a vacuum would be great.

Dog and Family Friendly.. The park and location of the property is excellent. Beautiful South facing property so we had the sun all day. The layout of the property was cosy. The location excellent for access tobshops, beautiful beaches of Hemsby, Scatby and Winterton - ideal for dog walks. Great location for trips to Yarmouth, Gorleston and beyond. Shops, pubs and amusements on your doorstep. Very friendly owner who is helpful. Bed was very comfy.

Only that there aren’t enough hooks to hang things on.

It has all that’s needed for a couple with a little dog on a self catering holiday by the seaside. It’s detached too, unlike most of the chalets, so lots of windows and natural light.

Being south facing, the chalet can get very hot. Bring a fan if it's likely to be hot weather.

Great location, south facing chalet. All mod-cons. Don't let the electric coin meter put you off, it cost us about £5 for the week. The owner came to say hello on the day we were leaving. He's very friendly and keen to get feedback/sort out any issues.
