Me and wife visiting Keswick for the beer festival, didn't actually know it was a apartment until all the confirmation came through (my fault for not reading things correctly) liked the idea of it just being us in the venue, nice and peaceful, only complaint is we didn't use the venue enough

The washing machine it take way too long and you can’t pause or get your clothes out until the load time is finished. Minimum 5 hours

Great location you could walk to everywhere. The town square was a 5 minute walk the lake was 12 minutes and a large supermarket was only 15 minutes walk. The unit is 2 stories the bedroom is down some steep narrow stairs which can be an issue if you’re lugging a suit case. The steps are also different size and depth which is off putting. The bathroom is on the main floor. The washing machine takes forever the fastest wash cycle is 1:57 and the fastest dryer cycle was 2 hour but that doesn’t dry so you have to go longer but can only do another 2 hours you can pause but your clothes are locked so can’t get them out anyway. Minimum to wash and dry 5 hours. There were no instructions for the washer no sugar and no shower wash. Recommend face washers in bathroom.

Centrally located but very quiet - the ideal combination. Bedroom a good size, very clean with a high quality mattress. Efficient, swift, informative and professional communication from the owner. On street parking right outside the property. Both bathroom and kitchen modern, clean and well maintained Far better value than other alternatives we looked at.

Our main complaint was parking. We were fortunate that it was out of season but still couldn't park in front of the property for a few days. Whilst it was free parking it was not designated and for that reason we would not return esp in high season.

Great location. Accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. Quiet and relaxing. Great for getting in and out of Keswick and also as a base for further afield.

I personally found the bed very hard and as someone with back and joint problems this affected the quality of my sleep

Great location. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Spacious. Quiet. Well-equipped kitchen. Streaming services weren't working on the TV and Simon sorted it out quickly. Very responsive hosts.

Only minor comment you can hear people upstairs walking about and when they come in and out the building. They weren't particularly loud or annoying but young lively people 😊

No designated parking space , had to park a few roads away . There’s a couple of little steps in the apartment ( inch or so high) which we kept forgetting about and went over on ankles a few times, it would spoil the look of the apartment but maybe some hazard tape to highlight the steps would be good .

Bedroom was down stairs and the toilet was upstairs. Not the best for through the night. There are a number of low ceilings which made it difficult for my 6ft 2 husband.

Great location.Lovely comfortable living room. Christmas Tree was a nice touch. Bedroom was big with lots of storage.

The lack of available on street car parking close to the flat was an issue. The freezer section of the fridge had clearly not been defrosted for some time and was iced up to the extent of effectively being of little use.

The only slight downside with this property was that you could hear the people staying in the apartment above however, I put this down to the lush wooden floors which is something that can’t be helped.

Me and my partner stayed here for a relaxing weekend and that is exactly what this provided. The apartment was spotless, everything looked brand new. The decor was modern but done with class. This property provided everything and more for what you needed. Absolutely spot on

Bedroom has a strong smell of damp. Could do with a better frying pan in kitchen. Food kept sticking to pan.
