We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was no comfy sitting area, however had there been 2 easy chairs in the 1st floor bedroom for which was plenty of room, that would have been great, for watch the TV once our young grandchildren had settled for the night. Sitting on the bed was not all that comfortable for TV watching.
The location was excellent, within easy walk of the beach and not too far from the center. The interior design was modern, fresh and pleasing.

United KingdomNo extra blankets for the beds and no blind on the bathroom window. I had to move the orchid from the hall and put that in the window to give us some privacy, which worked well. The flat with the bathroom window opposite the kitchen also needs a blind as we could see them in the shower!! The main bedroom would benefit from a small sofa or two armchairs as we had nowhere to relax as a family without using the dining chairs in there. However, in spite of this, we enjoyed our stay and sat and played cards at the dining table instead of watching telly at night.
The location of the property was great. The apartment was very nice and the bedrooms were very nice and spacious.

United KingdomThe apartment hasn't got a lounge area to relax but we sat at the dining table for long chats and a few drinks etc. Lighting in kitchen was nice and bright, maybe under unit lighting would be a nice touch for late night talks.
Lovely clean, modern apartment with very comfortable beds. Everything provided for your stay! Except we couldn't find any scissors, but no worries. Hassle free check in and out. Thank you we really enjoyed our short stay 😊

United KingdomThe bedrooms on the top floor were quiet cold although I'm not sure how much that can be helped during winter. Netflix was a nice addition, however the streaming plan the household is on restricts multiple users to use the service simultaneously so we couldn't utilise the account but this wasn't an issue for us. Perhaps Freeview could be an alternative for those staying in.
The apartment was clean and spacious. Fantastic main bedroom. All the facilities you would need for a short stay. Good location. It was available at short notice. The owners were superb at keeping me informed and very thoughtful as they left chocolates and champagne for us, presuming as a celebratory to end the year.

United KingdomThe steps to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom were quite steep. It wasn’t a problem for us but just something to bear in mind if you have older guests staying.
The location of this property was perfect! A short stroll to the beach and 15 mins walk to the harbour so no need to use the car. The apartment itself is very spacious and the beds were so comfortable, we all slept so well.

Was a good location. The host Veronika was exceptional. We had a problem getting the TV's on and adjusting the heating, contacted her and she responded almost immediately and even offered to come over. Nothing was too much trouble. She even left me some flowers for my birthday
