Perhaps the outside gate could have been easier to open, it was quite wobbly. The gate to the property was fine though.

I liked the space and the quirky features such as the floating candles. The sofa was incredibly comfortable and there was a table to work on too. The bed was soft, with fresh white sheets, I had a good night's sleep. Also the location was quiet as the mews flat was tucked away behind the main street.

Some apartment owners or managers forget that they are often making accommodation available to non-locals, they should be as easy as possible with information, for example it could just say that it is next to number 121 Bennerley rd. I arrived at night and in the hallway there was no lighting to open the gate at night.

Nothing to dislike , but this place is not for everyone. The staircase is small and very tight, so if you have mobility issues this may not be a good option The new style does make the place feel a lot darker and some may find it a bit too dark/serious

I've stayed here once before and I got a surprise when I checked in to see the place had been completely renovated giving the place a very different feel. Now remodelled to replicate a library or gentleman's lounge the maisonette feels very masculine The charm of this property is not lost with a courtyard, open plan kitchen /living area, very large bathroom and a small spiral staircase leading up to a good sized bedroom. It is well equipped very comfortable, great heating in a great location in the heart of trendy Clapham It provides a really unique and different experience for London

A lamp would have been lovely. I was away with work and so stayed in and therefore it would have been nice to have it a bit cosier, just the main lights was a bit bright. The sound on the TV was very intermittent I personally found the air freshener very overpowering, but I then found the plug in and could turn it off so was fine after that. Double check your bathroom walls, they were very dusty, but i'm not a massive clean freak so it didn't bother me but I wanted to let you know as some feedback.

The flat was lovely and location was great! Check in and communication was spot on I slept really well and thought the kitchen facilities were great

A bit dark to get in, there are 2 gates with codes and keys before you get to the bungalow which is in the back garden of a house.

The property could benefit from a little TLC despite being clean and perfectly functional. The staircase to access the bedroom was rickety and there were cracks in the wall where it was bolted to the wall which was a little disconcerting. There were some minor signs of mold on the wall in the wardrobe corner of the bedroom which I didn't mind as only staying 1 night, but obviously not ideal. Also I feel it was a little stingy given the price to just leave 1 small toilet roll with no spare.. just a thought! A hand towel in the bathroom wouldn't go amiss either!

Great location, easy enough to access property once had prompted the host to send through entry details. Property was clean and comfortable.

The flat is in need of some maintenance (e.g. staircase bannister). I could not get the oven to heat. I suspect it is faulty, but couldn’t find any instructions to check that I was operating it correctly. I tried contacting Harvey by phone, but no answer; left a message but received no reply. It was not possible to use the contact portal in the email because it rejected my phone number as invalid. We would have appreciated more than one pillow each.

The quilt felt quite thin. It would be nice if it was a bit heavier especially in winter. Overall, it was clean, but I noticed some areas including the cutlery drawer for example could do with a bit more deeper cleaning. The hob wasn’t working, but this wasn’t really an issue.

Cosy and comfortable ideal for a night stay. Nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The shower was good, nice pressure. It was heated when I walked in, so felt nice and warm.

Perhaps just to put a bit of attention on cleaning the dust of the blinds and the blind from the celing to fix it to make it easier to run it down to cover the window.

It was good value for money. The location was perfect, instructions to check in were very clear and host very kind and willing to assist if something was needed. Will definitely come back!

The kitchen was not very practical with washing dishes. There was no dishwasher and the wet area for washing was the same bench with the cooktop. Not enough cooking and baking utensils. The sofa was dirty with stains. The dinning chairs were on its last legs.

The location was excellent. Property was good size for 2. Security was good.

Staircase needs maintenance as it squeaks when going up or down, and the bathroom needs a powerpoint for electrical appliances. Couch is uncomfortable to sit on and should be replaced/updated. Overall, minor maintenance needs to be carried out on the apartment.

The location is perfect for sightseeing London without being in the centre. Area is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and transport (rail & bus). Good apartment for a couple wanting to stay in a good area for a week or so.
