It is a house. The design is amazing. All the facilities are very complete and modern. More comfortable than a hotel. Also I meet a lovely cat around the location.

Parking was on street but plenty of spaces. Walking distance to a few places to eat and stores including Mcdonalds. Decent size house with one bedroom ensuite. Good communication from the owner. We were going to a convention at bowlers exhibition centre and used ubers which arrived quickly and were around £17

There was a lot of draft from the front door into the living room, and the sofa bed is right by the door.

Amazing home, beautifully decorated. The Host Laura, was lovely and attentive, she was also very understanding of any hiccups which occured along the way due to my idiocy 😉 Would definitely recommend and re-book! I actually asked to stay another night but sadly already booked, not surprised it's a great place to stay 👌 Thanks Again 🤝

Beds had hair in them Hair in the sinks Hair in the shower and dirt and grime Dirty worktops Dirty kitchen sink Mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. Poor quality Windows had to be banged shut this caused the next door neighbour to come and bang on the door screaming and shouting. Floor thresholds broken so my child pinched her foot and hurt it due to this. I contacted the owner of the property about all the matters and they were messaging me back until I sent pictures of all of the problems and havnt been back in touch since. If I hadn't just done a long day of traveling and flight with my kids I would have rather drove 3 hours back home but obviously with travelling with my children they were tired so we had to stay. The owner even messaged about making sure we put our rubbish in the bin to help their cleaner. More like there is no cleaner to do the job as they obviously don't clean the house or the beds before the next person arrives. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

The cleaner had not even arrived after our agreed arrival time. Apologies were offered but this was poor. The house is furnished very basically. Some small considerations such as shampoo and conditioner as in a hotel would have helped. The stairs are very steep and there is no handrail - this felt dangerous. The main bathroom is actually an en-suite which means if the couple in the other bedroom need the bathroom during the night they have to navigate the steep stairs to the downstairs toilet.

The front door rattled it didn’t feel very secure to us it put us on edge when we went out a we had a lot of Christmas shopping left in house the windows didn’t close right which the breeze coming through the window that didn’t shut and the smell of damp wasn’t pleasant in the on suite but we went too Asda and got an air freshener that helped and we didn’t have toilet roll in toilet then on the Sunday morning after us buying some we found some under bed and my kids couldn’t sleep at night with the noise from the Main Street just traffic thou

The location was great the apartment was nice their was essential for what we needed the shower and bath were lovely the heating was very warm and believe it we needed it the house was freezing but was December and torrential rain

Boiler didn’t seem to work, it came on then shut off. There was plenty of hot water but we were quite cold. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling in the top landing just outside the bedrooms, this made me feel uneasy. Unhappy that we were told to take our own rubbish home! This shouldn’t happen in a commercial property The front door didn’t have seals, so was very draughty in the living room. Free parking is on street parking, not a designated space. Would not stay again and shy to recommend until the above have been rectified/revised in the listing. This will be super in the future. Thank you.
