Have stayed a couple of times before. A lovely, comfortable hotel. It’s home from home. The room was perfect, excellent breakfast and very helpful people who go the extra mile. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect to walk into town. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast delicious and the garde room it was served in was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and there were suggestions of a very good mix of where to eat in the room. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose. Room was very warm but with windows open was too noisy to sleep. We did use the fan but it was too noisy also! Maybe a quieter or more efficient fan would be useful.

A warm welcome with cups of tea and some delicious lemon cake was a lovely start to our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff who pointed us in the direction of the town centre to find our evening meal. A very good breakfast with generous portions and refills of drinks and toast.

Trying to find it! The entrance is right on a corner of a busy road and what appears to be the entrance to an industrial complex. We were lucky to spot the drive and find out way in.

Welcomed with a ☕ friendly chat and instantly started to relax after the journey. Amazing comfortable bed and plenty of tea and coffee on the dressing table. Perfectly cooked full English breakfast. Definitely stay again.

honestly, it’s a little tired. However it would need 100 k spending on it and the cost of a room probably covers; laundry, cleaning and breakfast. So that just isn’t possible. Friendly host.

Very warm greeting on arrival, given a coffee and some homemade cake before being shown too our room, a nice touch. Room was as expected, very bright and clean. Bed was superb, so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent quality.

The only thing that was a small inconvenience was that we had to retune the TV which didn't take that long.

The Hotel location was 5 minutes walk from Hereford Station and a 8 - 10 minute walk into the City Centre. Breakfast was pre-ordered the day before to minimise waste and for a set time. It was eaten in a lovely conservatory room. The bedroom itself was large with a super king bed, sofa and arm chair with separate toilet / shower. Our sleep was very good.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times , it doesn't disappoint …. Comfortable room plenty of tea and coffee , Breakfast is freshly cooked for you at the agreed time booked . It’s only about 5 minutes walk from a supermarket , bus station not far . Evening meals can be obtained by the pubs just a short walk away

Nothing really, maybe bathroom needing some updating, however clean and plenty of soft towels.

Lovely period House, original features . Breakfast room was delightful with views of garden, dining chairs very comfortable. Our bedroom was roomy with very comfortable bed. We travelled by train just a five minute walk from station, plenty of parking if coming by car. A friendly welcome with tea and cake. Breakfasts were excellent served to order and great choices. Michael and Adam really friendly and helpful with suggestions on restaurants locally. A very relaxing place to stay and close to town .

The location is excellent if travelling by train literally just round the corner from the station, room was huge very clean and tidy very comfortable bed and in the morning what a treat breakfast excellent

It’s a bit off putting to be expected to specify not just an exact time for breakfast when you are checking in, but also exactly what you want to eat. I understand it saves waste and speeds up service, but I got the impression I wouldn’t have been too popular if I hadn’t appeared for breakfast at my chosen time! Now the hotel doesn’t do evening food it should really provide more details of “nearby” restaurants than a phone number, especially as some were only “nearby” to people with a car.

More like a superior bed & breaker than a hotel, especially as it no longer does evening meals. But clean and comfortable and working easy walking distance of the town centre and bus and railway stations. Very nice breakfast served in a pleasant breakfast room.
