Just a couple of things, Nowhere to hang a coat? Could have put a coat hook in the utility room. The shower only worked on a very low flow, otherwise it was cold. Needs looking at, as you can,t get a hot shower on full flow?

Had everything we needed for our two night stay. Very well equipped and the location was ideal for Ward Park. Communication with Rachel was great - she was really helpful.

There was supposed to be a washing machine available in a cupboard and also an iron and ironing board, which would have been useful, but we couldn't locate them. Bedrooms have sloping ceilings , being in the attic, so rather difficult to get into the double bed avoiding banging head. We did find the television difficult to operate , despite the instructions. We stayed in Room 5 which is on the 3rd floor so a couple of flights of stairs to climb.

Lovely and clean, perfect location near the shops and station. Easy to access and almost everything we needed, even some milk coffee and tea in the cupboard and fridge which was lovely .

Homely location, less than 5 minutes walk from Bangor station. Central and a great base to explore the area from. I felt home from the moment I checked in and had no issues during my stay.

The fact that the first night the toilet flushed non-stop all night & didn't stop till about 8.23am it was so loud that even with earplugs in I couldn't sleep. It also meant that the toilet could/wouldn't flush anytime you needed to use it as there was not enough water in the cistern for it to flush. It did it again on 3 other occasions during the day or at night before bed but it only went on for an hour or two before it stopped so I didn't bother contacting the place those times as it stopped on it's self. This is definitely something that requires the plumber to come fix I missed some of my conference meetings on the Saturday morning & afternoon as I was so exhausted from not sleeping due to the toilet flushing issue. I'd recommend perhaps something for putting recycling into as there was not anything for this. Appoligies I forgot to mention that my recycling I'd cleaned I left on the draining board so that you'd find & put into recycling bins afterwards. I'm big on recycling & even recycle lots of things at home which can't go in the normal recycling I've got to take it to a drop-off places or post away. So it's important me that normal everyday recycling is put in the recycling bins &nor just in the waste bin. I know there is not alot of room in the cupboard under the sink but perhaps the breadmaker (was it?!)?? Is a non-essential very specific item that most wouldn't use/need this as much as their lovely& it takes up a lot of room/wasted space in the cupboard that could be utterlized for something more essential! The space that this large electrical appliance takes up in the cupboard under the sink would perfectly fit a small bin in which recycling can be placed&stored. The kitchen waste bin is small & adequate but if I'd put my recycling into it also it would of been full & overflowing.

Excellent location &very near all the amenities. It was just perfect walking distance for me from where I was going to each day during my stay. Cozy, comfortable & beautiful decore which made it a relaxing & pleasant experience. I have back&other health issues but the bed was really comfortable & I was very impressed with how comfy it was. There was good quality furniture throughout that gave a fresh& modern look to colour co-ordinated rooms. The entrance, hallway & stairs motion detection lighting was very helpful. The key lockbox & room entry were easy to use& to access & the hallway was light, airy & clean&clutter free. The kitchen area was great I just used it to make my packed lunches for the following day or use the kettle or fridge. It had most of the basic kitchen items & utensils you might need & it was very helpful having a fridge as well as the washer & dryer if needed. Very good facilities all round I would definitely recommend this place & I would most definitely stay here again. Thanks

Only very small niggle was the pillow in the single bedroom, which was lumpy & uncomfortable, otherwise everything else was great.

Well appointed property with everything needed for a short stay. The apartment and building were both spotlessly clean and access to the apartment was easy. Also a good location, and easy to park on the street. Nice touch to have tea/coffee/milk/condiments etc. available in the apartment too. Price was also excellent.

Lack of access to free view tv. When we arrived the apartment was freezing but it didn't took long to heat it up.
