The mattress was awful, you could feel the springs everytime you moved. They gave us a room right next to the shared women's restroom and the noise was constant.

Perfectly located, it has a pretty small square on the entrance, the staff was super kind and the private bedroom was comfortable enough. There's a small free breakfast on weekends, and they store your luggage before check in for free, they charge for it after check out though.

There were only 3 of us in the 15-bed female dorm but me and one of the other girls were assigned on the same bunk bed. Would have liked to have been a bit more spread out for privacy since the bookings would have allowed for it. I know the communication from the venue in advance said you could request to switch beds but it's not that big of a deal, just a thought!

The location was super convenient to explore Bath and then come back for a nap/chill and then head back out. Also the beds were super comfy?? I slept a straight 10 hours each night

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Bath with a supermarket close by for supplies. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and always ready to help and give advice. It was good having a kitchen to make cups of tea/coffee and heat food.

The beds were flat. The duvets/ warmers and pillows were stained, the covers were clean but it’s uncomfortable knowing that the duvet you are using has unknown stains. Noise pollution from the road, remember to get ear plugs from the reception.

The place is right in the heart of bath, you can walk to royal crescent, bath abbey, pulteney bridge and every tourist site. Surprisingly, the bathrooms were clean. I wasn’t expecting that from a hostel.

Very dirty - building is old and musty. There’s dust on the floor, and surfaces were very sticky. The mattress of my bed was covered in crumbs, hair, and other sickening things. There was a general musty smell around the building.

    Good location, friendly staff.

Was slightly surprised, in this day and age, that the breakfast toast was white sliced bread and that the cereals were sugary. Given most customers (not us!) were young people, I thought most young people were more conscious of healthy food.

Wasn't expecting breakfast so that was a bonus. The location was great - easy walk all around Bath.

    Nothing much to say.

I liked the hostel, but overall, I don't think it's that great for my expectation. I think it's good for the money I paid to stay. The room I stayed in was a 12-bed dorm with 3-floor bunk beds, and I found it quite congested with so many beds. But yeah, it's good but not that great. The location is good and nearby the train station. The city of Bath is good; most of the attractions are within a 10/15-minute walking distance. I would recommend this hostel, and yeah, it's good value for the money paid.

We booked 5 persons in 1 BR. We only got one socket for all of us. So, to those people who wishes to come they need to bring their own extension.. But you can also ask the reception downstairs to charge your power bank.

The location its Near from the town.

We had a problem with hot water, the shower was only lukewarm. We also lacked soap in the private bathroom. WiFi is only on the ground floor.

The location is perfect. We were able to store our bags before check-in and go into town. A light breakfast on Saturday is a nice bonus.

One of the two toilets in the women’s restroom was not functioning. The motion sensor light went out on me while I was showering.

It was very affordable and in a great location. The room itself was clean and the bathrooms down the hall were reasonably close. Very nice that there were laundry facilities onsite since we had been hiking the Cotswold Way. Didn’t use the kitchen facilities, but it was nice they were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
