Not much to not like! If I'm being fussy, Maybe the cleanliness of the annexe but we arrived early and they cleaned in a rush, missing some old food bags in drawers and biscuit wrappers and a couple of sweets on floor in bedroom. Bathroom was tiny but good use of space. Would also have liked a hairdryer so will bring one next time as we'd love to come back! We would definitely stay again.

What a lovely, welcoming stay. All Staff were extremely friendly and professional and we had a really comfortable night's sleep. We loved being able to park right outside the front door of the annexe. Absolutely delicious homemade bread for breakfast too. Stunning sea view at the end of the road (2 minute walk) I would recommend Baytree House - it was perfect for our 2 night stay.

Nothing we didn't like.

Loved everything about the place. After having a really bad camping experience in Yarmouth a few nights before we decided not to cut our break short and come here for a night.......amazing. The family room is amazingly huge, clean and thoughtful. The toys and games they have for the kids to play with is incredibly thoughtful.

The property is beautiful. The annexe is self contained with 2 rooms, 3 TVs, kitchenette, bathroom all decorated to high standards. The owner is exceptionally welcoming and genuinely friendly, high attention to detail. Offers a range of events and meals which we hope to catch on our next visit. This is a hidden gem!

The bedroom is absolutely beautiful. Antique bed is lovely, but only 5 foot long, so if you were taller than me your feet would be squashed. The bedroom was at the top of the house. It was so hot I couldn’t sleep very well quite light as well in the morning. But very quiet

Continental breakfast was very nice lots of choices, cereal, fresh toast, home-made bread rolls made - jam. The children liked breakfast as there were cakes. Yoghurts and fruit. The location was good, five minute walk to the seafront, five minute drive to the main beach, piers and shops

We ordered the cooked breakfast and it wasn't clear as to were the cutlery was kept also the condiments .we also order extra pots of tea that took a while to come but we appreciate there was a full room having breakfast

I can honestly say, there wasn’t anything I wasn’t happy with.

It was secluded, amazing, comfy, pretty, and was just the right size for a family of 4! The manager/owner was so very kind and was so welcoming into her hotel. Absolutely incredible experience

Cosy 2 bedroom annex with parking, ⁶a beautiful garden area out front of Baytree, great breakfast & the owner who was a lovely lady, stopped to talk to us which is exactly what you want to make you feel welcome.The kids loved it & we'll defo be back again! 😊

Not a didn't like, but a suggestion for the family room: one less bright lamp or night light would be useful for children who are scared of the complete dark. Probably would have provided given the opportunity, but we arrived back to our room very late.

Continental breakfast as expected, plenty of variety including dairy and gluten free options. Nice tea and coffee. Room was nice, outside space very welcoming, breakfast room nice. Homely feel to the place, rather than stark modern hotel. Lovely chat with the owner and great to support a local business rather than a big chain.

I notest noise from the bathroom when our daughter was taken a shower. Also, there were a few flies hovering over our breakfast table, which was a little off-putting.

Nice clean room with very comfy beds, good seating area outside, continental breakfast was included in the price but we decided to upgrade for a fully cooked one instead which was worth it... Friendly staff I would recommend a visit here.

My wife would’ve liked a hair dryer which would probably been available if we had asked but as we were going home it didn’t matter too much.

The room was nicely decorated, with nice soft furnishings. The front garden and dinning room was done nicely for dinning and afternoon tea.

The property was really nice, it’s an old property but has been furnished and decorated nicely. The only thing I would say to improve the room we stayed in was it needed a wardrobe,a full length mirror and a plug socket near a mirror for using a hair drier or straighteners at.
