Only ONE small thing really: No way of keeping cool on a hot day/warm night. ..... I Didn't think I'd have room service every day, so I kept the curtain closed to keep the sun out during the day to help keep the room cool, but bins were emptied (no problem here) and they opened the curtain so the room was warmer when I got back. Had I known, I would have left a note asking to keep the curtain closed. ... Luckily that evening was cooler so I was able to sleep with the window open for cool air. And a small more personal request.... Great to have decaf coffee (thank you) any chance of considering decaf Tea also for future? 😊

Made me less worried about losing the key. °The facilities were top notch and stylish. °It wasn't a narrow single bed so I slept well. °The TV actually worked as advertised. °Proper sized small mug meant I could enjoy a proper drink. AND decaf coffee sachets! Thank you! °Milk in the fridge (which also worked) meant you could have more than ONE drink. °I had their single room. I took my smallest suitcase because they are usually no bigger than small bathroom. I was happily surprised to see that you COULD MOVE AROUND within the space properly!! It wasn't a single bed with everything cramped together so you have no space for luggage. It has been the best single room by far in 3 years of travelling around (be it work or pleasure) They really thought about the guest's experience more than how much they could scrimp on for profit. A big thank you for that. If I'm in Harrogate again for work, I will be staying again. 😁

The car park is quite difficult to get in and out of, but the fact that it has a car park is excellent!

Location was great, quiet at night even though it was close to the town. Cooking facilities were good, though there were a lot of eating places and bars close by.

No actual human contact. Access was by smart locks and we had trouble getting in when we arrived. Made a phone call to the owners and they remotely re-programmed the door lock with a new access code. This was only minor issue and, being retired, technology is sometimes challenging !

Very modern in an excellent location very close to the centre of Harrogate. Really clean with a large double bed, well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath. Also very quiet.

The water pressure in the shower was really poor, which meant the lovely waterfall shower looked great but was pointless!

The location was excellent and the room was well equipped and quiet. The online concierge via txt message was also really friendly and helpful The coffee machine was a great bonus

The location was excellent and all the amenities were as expected. Good response from host when I had problems with my WiFi connection and although we were not able to resolve it, it was okay. Good shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again.

Spacious, modern and clean room, comfortable bed, full size towels and a large screen TV. Nice toiletries, very well appointed kitchenette - nothing hadn't been thought of. The window could be opened, heating worked well, lots of power sockets. The property decor was tasteful, fresh and clean throughout. Excellent location, safe and quiet area but convenient for walking to Harrogate's many shops and restaurants. Free parking was a bonus. Great communication from our host; friendly and helpful, all details sent day before checkin and all went smoothly. Not having to collect or return a key is really practical.

Overall a brilliant stay but the mirror at the dressing table was too high to use while sat down.

Great room with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Nice and quiet but only a short walk into the centre of Harrogate. Kitchenette had all the essentials. Lovely modern decor. WiFi worked well. Great shower, the provided local toiletries smelt amazing.

Quite small room and bed. Not much hanging for clothes, no drawers etc. Booking.com said check in from 2pm but hosts said 3pm. We never received any check in details by email, or on booking.com site, and had to phone to ask for them to be sent to us on WhatsApp. Shower very small. TV batteries not working in remote. Tiles on floor in bathroom and kitchen area need replacing.

Nice location, comfy bed, well equipped if small kitchen area, lots of coffee, sugar, fresh milk, nice towels. Lots of parking, 10 minute walk to centre of Harrogate. Very clean. Nice property. Good for short stays.
