Damp problem. Smelled of damp and bed was damp.

Very spacious apartment in a great location. Light, airy, and freshly decorated. A very pleasant place to stay.

Rough depressing surrounds outside the flat View of bins. Poor ventilation. Very hot no fan provided . Poor access in and out of bed. Bathroom sink can only be accessed from the side. No drawers for storage only wall hooks for hanging clothes . Very limited kitchen worktop space . No comfy seat.

Proximity to seafront and shops

The flat is in a mews terrace directly behind a parade of shops. We were woken before 6am by the shop dustbins/skips being wheeled out to be emptied. There was then further noise from the alleyway with people talking etc. Also, noise from someone in the next door flat on the telephone penetrating the walls at night. Not the owners fault of course, but it made for a very poor night's sleep.

Good comms from owner on how to collect keys, directions and parking. The flat itself was clean and comfortable.

The only thing I can say is the sink is to close to shower hard to get in to wash face and teeth. Also a grab rail would be handy in the shower.

The studio was beautiful, near to the beach ⛱️ and shops. Studio was ready with towels, and everything I needed, microwave, kettle, toaster. TV.

Beds not comfy but each to their own others might find them fine. I’d also say it’s more for single people or a couple not a family.

Noisey guests above us, could hear their every movement and conversation, the blind at the window blocked no light, the window in the door could be seen through when light was on in the apartment and dark out side. The fridge made a loud humming noise through out the night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Nothing not too like

Firstly the service from Roberto was second to none. I arrived very late due to weather and motorway closures. Despite this Roberto was in constant contact until I arrived and supplied me with the combination for the key guard as it became too late to meet in person. The property was easy to find, just off the main road and a minutes walk from the concert I attended at the pavilion. The apartment was larger than I expected clean and well equipped.

The facilities were excellent and it was clean and well equipped. Plenty of hot water but the shower was intermittent. The WiFi had to be continuously reset at least 4 times a day. I found the bed very uncomfortable, it needs a thicker or new mattress.

Roberto was the perfect host, the studio was super clean, modern and very comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay. Although the unit is situated at the back of a row of shops and the outlook is a bit scruffy the studio itself is lovely and we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Great little studio apartment, though small had everything we needed for a couple of nights and would have been fine for longer. Brilliant location very close to shops restaurants and De La Warr centre, and parking, though not on site was easy to find in the vicinity. Highly recommend it

The properties need soundproofing. The property above us were stomping around from early in the morning waking us at 5am one day and 7am the next day right through to the night. It literally sounds like they are in the room with you. I did inform Roberto via tx when we were leaving regarding the soundproofing and he didn't reply. I then looked at other reviews and and see this has been mentioned several times, so really should be addressed.

The studio was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lovely for being close to the seafront. Also good that you get a 10% discount for some local restaurants.
