For our particular requirements all was just fine and could not have been better

The main bathroom had a used towel as well as used sanitary products in the bin. Not very hygienic or sanitary. The sofas had lots of stain marks. The furniture was quite old. However the vibe and atmosphere was lovely. And in general it was a lovely apartment. Didn’t meet any staff at any time. No one was in reception ever. Not in the am or pm. Which isn’t a problem I suppose but because the question asked about staff thought I would put that in there.

The place was lovely. The tv didn’t have Netflix or sky. There was no instructions laminated and printed waiting on the table or anywhere in the apartment for wifi password or how to use the lights etc.

That I couldn't stay longer!

Carl bore with my not having read all the information a priori very kindly. Parking was right outside. We were marvelling at the space that we had, and we would have loved to have stayed longer. To have a kitchen too was wonderful as we could have a leisurely breakfast after I had my run around the park. There were even DVDs to watch, so we had a great time watching one about a runaway train! Close by are restaurants and all the interesting shops of West Bridgford. I was pleased to see no individual soaps or tiny plastic bottles of shampoo.

Pillows poor and need replacing. Rug could do with a professional clean.

Excellent very quiet location within a few minutes walk of West Bridgeford shops and restaurants. Very well equipped apartment with a good kitchen, lounge, bathroom bedroom. The large clean bathroom has a free standing bath, separate efficient shower plus 2 sinks; fantastic.

If being picky the mattress could do with replacing - we slept well but it is a bit out of shape! Could consider getting a draft excluder for the bottom of the door between the bedroom and the outside hall - to block the light coming under it - we popped one of the throws there so wasn’t a problem to us.

A beautiful building and great location for us. Really did feel like a special place to stay. Really good that parking space is waiting for you and check-in/out using the key safe is really useful. The cereal and milk provided were perfect for needs. The park is locked at night so there is no disturbance (we were in Millicent suite) and it all feels rather Notting Hill looking out over the gardens and people watching when open in the day.

Immaculately renovated historic building within West Bridgford Park. Rooms are beautiful with everything you could need for a weekend stay. Management team are professional, friendly and efficient. will definitely be returning in the future. thanks again

The car park is a little small.

The musters apartment was stunning, we walked through the door and thought we were dreaming. The bathroom was huge, shower was amazing and the bedrooms were lovely, decorated perfectly and very comfortable.

It was all good. If I were to be pedantic I would only make 2 tiny comments. The key safe is very fiddly and I couldn’t find the iron! 😃
