I did not like to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and its rich breakfast😋😋😋😋😋Unfortunately you have to go back to the work routine🙂

Helen is just amazing. Simple and very calm. Amazing home made yoghurt and jams. Location is excellent. 0.6 miles from st. Just and less than 20mins drive from lands end. The property has a little garden where bunnies hop around in the morning . My little one enjoyed watching them in the mornings. Rooms are clean. 100 percent Covid compliant. Will highly recommend this place.

A lovely stay for 2 nights. We were kindly upgraded for our room free of charge. The room was clean, spacious and had fantastic views! The host was very welcoming and helpful and served a delightful breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house, clean & comfy room. One of the top breakfasts I've had anywhere! A short walk through the fields to reach the coast path & within half mile to bus stops to do a point to point walk; if you've gone north on the coast path you can return to the bnb via bus from Botallack. You'll need a car to get around the area for restaurants though!

Very attentive to small details, very clean and welcoming. It is in a beautiful and peaceful place. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of food. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. Pet friendly!!

Hot water turns off after 9pm so I had a cold shower. Be aware of this and shower before then.

Breakfast was great! Lots of parking. 15-20 mins from Penzance.

Did'nt have the breakfast as you got 1 hour to have it at 8 in the morning. You had to pick a time to eat between 8-9 in the morning and choose your option. Not impressed !

The smell in the room was almost like toilet water. Every so often I could smell cigarette smoke wafting through the crack of the door. The main front door also had issues and didn't really close properly unless heavily slammed. The room in itself was very small actually.. it was pleasant but yeah not my favorite

I booked a double room and at the time of booking there was only a small double room available. The host asked if she could change us to a larger twin room with our own private bathroom separate to the bedroom. We agreed but regret doing so as the bathroom was much further away than we expected and this made our stay much more uncomfortable and not very convenient. We would not book that room again however if one of the bigger double rooms were available, we’d be happy to book one of those.
