The TVs do not work and we’re not easy to operate. The TV remotes didn’t work in both bedroom and lounge. We had to download a TV remote app to use the TV in the lounge. I think this should be advertised on the ad.

The property was lovely, clean and tidy. The property was warm and comfortable. Location was great and only a short car journey from town. Good communication from the team prior to the stay.

Great location just 8 mins to pulteney Bridge. Very warm and comfy front room, decent size kitchen and dining area. Allocated parking space is a great addition as permit on all local roads

Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken so we were unable to enjoy the Nespresso coffee that was provided. The bedroom was a little cold despite the radiator being on and very minor but the clock in the living room has a dead battery so that caused some slight issue with us leaving late for an appointment. Over all it was great though.

The flat was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Warm and well equipped. Genuinely only a 10 minute walk from centre of Bath and fantastic to have a free private parking space and excellent communications from the host.

Coffee machine wasn’t working however this wasn’t much of an issue for us. Netflix account was signed out however after asking for the details they replied immediately and sorted this out which was great

Great location. Easy to walk from apartment to centre and didn’t need google maps after first day. Spacious lounge and nice dining area. Easy communication with host and answered any questions we had about our stay and if we needed help with anything 😀

Location - only a short walk to Bath central, great coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and very comfortable lounge with sofas. I can highly recommend the apartment and I would certainly stay there again

Smelt a little damp on arrival but nothing major. Parking was a little pricey but to be expected when in Bath.

Nice cosy lounge with comfy sofa & decent tv with Netflix. Convenient base for exploring Bath. Had everything we needed.

Difficult to locate because I didn't read the last message in Booking.com. Parking a bit difficult for foreigner like me, only a few lots near the unit (please park at lot allocated to permit holder zone 1)

It is a nice compact apartment. Loved the dinning space. The kitchen is fully equipped and our stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor garden space. There is a beautiful park close to the accommodation.

The garden needed a tidy and clean, outside the front, the door very dirty, and bin overloaded with rubbish, looking out from living room window the basement area was unkept , on first impression doesn’t look good.

I had a bad experience with booking.com getting my £70 back as a false cleaning charge which booking.com charged me after the checkout so that was upsetting, this cleaning charge was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking so it was a shock after the checkout, had to chase booking.com on 2 occasions to fight for this reversal which they did finally as there was some system error which did not display the cleaning charge at the time of booking. And as I mentioned earlier apart from dishwasher and the windows were very hard to open/stay open and kitchen window was very inconvenient to access, the parking is not immediately outside but the host kindly provided holiday pass for car park which was great.

It was a great location very close to city centre of Bath, the listing fails to mention its a basement apartment, not that it matters much but good to mention this somewhere by host as we were not expecting that, but the property was well kept, clean and most of the facilities worked fine, except dishwasher which wasn't working as expected but rest all was well, the hallway was cosy and TV was modern and nice, decent WiFi and bathroom was bit okay-ish, mostly all utensils in the kitchen and beds and beddings were clean and fresh and we throughly enjoyed staying there for 4 nights

The only disappointment was the bedding. The bed seemed to be a standard double (possibly smaller) and the mattress quality not the best. Although the bedroom isn't the largest it would have been possible to have something larger in place to ensure a more comfortable night's sleep.

This is a nice apartment not far from main part of the city and close to a park and most amenities. The street car parking voucher was very useful and it was easy to park in neighbouring streets but not immediately outside the property. It is recently decorated and has a good standard of household items.

Wow! A great home away from home. The decor, space, and proximity to the city center and the small touches the host provides are excellent. There's a full kitchen as well. Wifi is fast. Heating is central. Front room is so cozy. You can curl up and watch a movie in peace. I highly recommend this booking. It's good for solo travelers and couples.

This is a basement flat. As you go downstairs to the property the walls are black with dirt and mould; the flat has been poorly maintained inside and out, there was insufficient toilet hygiene, the kitchen is not well equipped considering this is a self catering holiday let, the coffee machine did not materialise as promised in the photographs, there was no hair dryer, the rugs were so dirty we didn’t dare touch them; the photos advertising this flat give a false impression and are downright misleading.

Absolutely nothing, it was a relief to leave it.

We were u a veto gain entry to the property, unsure if the property is legitimate or code was incorrect. Neighbour was very helpful but was left with no accommodation for 3 nights.

We didn’t have any real issues other than the microwave wasn’t cleaned and there was not a third towel as we booked for three people. The property told us that there was supposed to be one but we couldn’t find this unfortunately. But we weren’t super phased about this.

This property was lovely and cosy! Felt like home! The apartment was clean and equipped with most things, great location and value for money! Also there is Netflix so perfect for movie nights!
