it's noisy and you have to share bathroom and toilet. But that's also why it's cheaper than other accommodations.

It's a simple accommodation, but it was clean. And I asked for an extra blanket, with I received. With earplugs and a eye pillow you'll have a comfortable stay.

The security light outside bedroom door when a glass panel was above door it come on all the time over night and lit up my room like day light I did not sleep

The apartment is very large, and has a beautiful outdoor garden, equipped with many amenities and very well equipped. The location of the house is strategic, as the Hackney metro station is very close, and it is possible to reach the center in less than an hour, furthermore in Hackney there are many shops, restaurants and nothing is missing. We had a great time, and I thank Abdul, the owner for his availability and kindness.

The staff weren't responding to queries and extensions. Very poor communications. Booking.com couldn't be connected for extensions for longer stays, too. Now I've 30 days Booking to another guest house without booking.com unfortunately.

Quiet space and clean

- We were bitten by the bugs and could not breathe because of the mold - the property is not suitable to stay at. There were also plenty of other insects like spiders. - The owner wasn't responsive and didn't clean the mold after being contacted by the Booking customer service. - I only got 1 towel despite staying at the property for 10 nights - the owner didn't respond when I asked for more. - No hair dryer or iron at the property - the owner promised the bring an iron but never did. - Window was broken - it was very hard to open.

The place has paper-thin walls, which means that you can hear everything that's going on in any part of the house. This can be heavily impacted by the other visitors staying there. In addition, the moving sensors are very sensitive, so the hall lights get triggered frequently which can be a nightmare at night. All the rooms have either glass above the doors or ventilation, which makes the room very bright from the hall. Lastly, if you're traveling with a partner, you only get one blanket, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The neighborhood is nice and safe and even though it takes usually one hour to get to the apartment it was okay.

The room in which we were staying was quite bad - I am guessing the more expensive and larger rooms could be really good, but this one seemed like it was originally a cupboard or a storage space (finally living the Harry Potter experience I guess). The room was very small, although I could maybe imagine it being alright for one person staying overnight. The biggest issue though was that there was a boiler right in the middle of the room so it was not only difficult to move around the room, but the room was getting incredibly hot. I appreciate that warmth is not to be taken for granted in British housing, but this was almost unbearable. Lastly, I noticed that on the wall near the ground there was a lot of mould which is potentially harmful for people with allergies. The rest of the shared spaces (toilet, bathroom) were ok, but considering this is a guest house a bit more care could be put into the furnishings/appliances/etc., but I guess for the price and short stays it works fine.

The hosts/owners communicated very promptly and provided very clear instructions regarding the check-in. The location was really good, quiet but with many nice local establishments. The house itself was nice, the shared living room area seemed renovated and quite cosy and was kept clean.

Very bad the owner know i working night and he didn’t tell me there have family with 2 kids and i cannot sleep because they was crying if i know there have this kids i will never hire the place

Really nice and clean property. Also the hosts provided us with board games upon arrival which was great! Really good service from the hosts and was very easy to gain access to the property. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming for a relaxed stay.
