Instructions for heating would have helped. (Never seen a thermostat like that before, had trouble with booster, was cold one evening) Also there was no non- slip mat in the bath for use when showering, easy to slip in the bath

Toilet was very unsteady, I reported it straight away and was told someone would contact to fix it but no one did, we were advised to use downstairs toilet which was not ideal for mobility reasons. Bedroom blind fitted on outside of widow frame sitting quiet a bit out so leaves a big gap at the side of the window letting lots of light in and with how the bed is situated it is in your face. No long mirror in bedroom, no where to sit and do hair and makeup, very few hangers provided so maybe bring some with you.

Location is perfect, very quiet and peaceful, close to beach and shops, a very beautiful spot. Parking was not a problem, we managed to find a space. Host was very helpful with lots of information regarding things to do and eating out which was appreciated.

I have nothing to say in the negative.

The house we stayed in was so close for everything we required. Car park/ Shops/ pubs and plenty of restaurants to eat out .quick mention for The Bold Inn in the town centre if you like a bit of sport to watch after a walk round Beaumaris great pint and very friendly staff. Also dog friendly.

it was clean and well equipped. owner kept us informed prior to arrival regarding the area, how to access keys etc. beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable and spacious, warm with plenty of hot water, very close to town amenities.

Struggled to figure out the heating thermostat, so got too hot at times. 4pm check-in was a little later than we'd have liked.

Having to leave early and could not get key safe to work. Had to contact company regarding this but could not get help fast enough before leaving was told someone would call me back but still waiting for this. Had to in the end post keys through the letter box as I had to leave ASAP..

So much, we opened the main door to blood splatter on the glass door, the outside bins were full, mould in various places . We had to get rid of our own rubbish everyday. We have a documented photo gallery. Did it spoil our visit having paid money for a clean and decent holiday, yes it did! I would not recommend this accommodation. Plus we had small children touching everything, honestly extremely poor.

Pretty much not a lot, the saving grace the beds were clean, and a few minutes to Beaumaris centre.

Poor standard, every window filthy outside. Front view scaffolding opposite, back view weeds and bins. Rusty washing machine, rust in microwave , dirty oven door , no dishwasher even though welcome pack says there is

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

It was situated so close to everything we needed, close to the town so much to see such an interesting town the property had everything we needed. There was not one thing missing. So clean and comfortable

It was very basic, there are several patches of damp the kitchen area wasn’t particularly well stocked. The area at the back very scruffy and overgrown. It could really be improved massively by some TLC.
