United KingdomThe extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, which meant the room got hot very quickly if using the shower. Could hear everything happening in the corridor or in the room above ours. We did also have someone try to let themselves into our room at about 3am which was alarming, but more than likely just a confused guest.
They included a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities which was nice. The staff when checking in late were friendly and helpful. The room and en suite bathroom were very clean. It was close to shops and restaurants, but not on a busy street itself, and only a quick taxi ride from the train station.

United KingdomMy stay was mixed. The room I was originally allocated was on the ground floor and next door to a restaurant. The smell in the room did not agree with me. The staff were excellent. They responded immediately to messages and I was given a different room for my second night which was fine.
This was a room only budget hotel so no facilities for meals. However there was a microwave and plates/cutlery in the room.

FranceNo cold water, cold water tap only supplied warm water. Tap too short to easily fill the kettle. Booked a double room, the room was equipped with a queen sized bed which isn't ideal for sleeping two people. All round not worth what I paid personally.

United KingdomI requested a lower level room which we were given ,the bed was very low i had to struggle to get out of the bed Due to it being against the wall, when my husband was asleep, the room smelt damp no where to sit in the room apart from the bed the only window that opened was the bathroom window , the fan did not work in the bathroom, people coming & leaving at the carpark entrance were noisy at times .
Walking distance to the town plenty of shops , restaurants at different price range , cafes, & coffee stops , parks .were very well kept. buses were very frequent .we visited Gloucester quays, which we were in Cheltenham £3 each way per person .
