Parking maybe an issue for larger vehicles but I was able to find a space both evenings

The accommodation is spacious and clean, with a mini oven, ceramic hob and microwave. It has a separate bedroom and toilet / shower. I used the accommodation for a Goodwood event and it was about a 1/2 hour drive to Goodwood, mainly on back roads.

Shower was a little small but we made it work and the cooker was not the most reliable.

It was a lush location with a large amount of facilities such as the hot tub which was super easy to operate and made for a nice relaxing evening each night. The property was well fitted with everything we needed and was perfect being so close to both Portsmouth and Southampton where we went on day trips.

Everything 😀 the staff was amazing met both the owners and was shown everything, and they then black their own home out, so we had privacy 10/10

All was good , nothing not to like

Paul and tarnia were awesome, when we arrived there was a bottle of prosecco and a card waiting for us , the facilities are clean and tidy ,hot tub was spacious , and in a cosy area of house , Paul and tarnia respected our privacy through out our stay , also there is a quality Chinese take away very close to the property highly recommend, we had a good night sleep and had all the amenities we required for our stay 5* to these guys , we will def be back

The chalet/apartment is tucked away behind the main house. Google maps wasn't 100% accurate (and possibly my brain was too tired) so I needed a little guidance from Paul - who found me within moments of me calling for help - to get to the right door.

I arrived tired after a long day cycling touring and museum exploring to a fabulous warm welcome. Thank you Paul and Tarina for being perfect hosts. Spotlessly clean, super warm and cosy place to stay. The Co-op just a few minutes walk away was handy for supplies, there are a couple of takeaway places and a pub close by too. Well equipped kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe - fellow compulsive unpackers will understand how important that is!! The hot tub was freshly cleaned, I think Paul said it's done daily. Access is via a courtyard area shared by the hosts but you have private access for your stay (there are reasonable limits to when you can use the hot tub - no later than 22:00).

A little bit of updating needed, nothing major. My only suggestion is perhaps a water filter jug, due to water in the area.

Location was in a quiet area, parking is not assigned but we managed to park. Indian, Chinese and a great bar all within a five minute walk. Hot tub was fantastic and private as described. Bed quite low but really comfortable, had a great night's sleep both nights. The hosts were very helpful when we arrived. Plenty of towels, pillows provided as well as tea and coffee.

Paul and Tarina were very welcoming, showing us how to use the hot tub and helping with bud times to get into Portsmouth.

Few areas need abit of updating (painting, new light bulbs etc..) but nothing major!! Suggestion: I would also remove one of the chest of drawers in the bedroom and you'd have more space.

Some might find it a bit out of the way, but that's why I liked it.

Very relaxed, hot tub nice add. Great couples stay. Lots small birds feeding on fiddler's and in bushes.

Not much, long way from the pubs, but the local coffee shop/bar (Chandlers) is minutes away and it’s great.

Great friendly hosts, lovely but not intrusive. Very comfortable, wonderfully designed little apartment. Felt private even though next to the owners property. Clean and great facilities. The hot tub is amazing!
