We stayed in apartment 12. Great for us, but there are quite a few steps up to the apartment, so you need to be quite mobile to carry luggage, but it's It's definitely worth it for the views!!

Clean ,spacious, comfortable apartment in an ideal location. So close to shops and the lake. Lovely views and free parking available. Two bathrooms were a bonus. We met the lovely owner who told us how to get to the lake via a path next to the church opposite the accommodation and recommended places to eat, which was really helpful.

Booked for a Bob Graham Round so was perfect location and plenty of space for laying out kit, preparing food, etc. Really comfortable and had everything we needed.

Double Bed to small. Feet hitting the bottom and getting caught up. Mattress could be better but apart from that everything else seems fine.

Cleaner had forgotten to come back to collect bedding thst was drying in flat. Had to contact owner. Cleaner did come back and apologised. No front door key so had to go in through the car park and was dark until security lights came on.

Warm, clean, comfortable appartment. Well stocked kitchen. Nice to be near town center. Designated car parking at rear.

The apartment is within a 2-3 minute walk of Keswick town centre giving quick access to many restaurants/pubs/shops. Despite the close proximity the flat is in a quiet residential location opposite St John's church which can be seen from the main living room. There is an allocated parking space at the rear of the property which is a bonus. It is well appointed with good amenities and kitchen has all the basics you should need.

No toilet paper at first but Steve was quick to deliver some. So just ask. Response is quick.

Spacious apartment with everything that works. Clean and comfy. Short walk to town. 2 bathrooms ! Best thing was an allocated parking lot behind. Clearly told that we needed our own towels ( provided if you wanted at a small charge) and toiletries so we had our own.

Very cosy flat, had everything we needed. Excellent location, we didn't really even use a car because there's so much to explore around Keswick within walking distance. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The only tiny thing was that it's a double bed and not a king-size one which we usually chose. But it does say that and we knew in advance. But that would have made it a perfect score!

Wonderful views and spacious apartment. Great that there was private parking and its walking distance in to Keswick.
