From I arrived i absolutely loved this cottage Cosy, welcoming and spotlessly clean, loved all the cottage features.. Loved our scones and tray bakes. Loved watching the lambs skipping about in the fields. Lovely views of the countryside. Very relaxing weekend. Highly reccomend.

The stay was amazing. Super cosy cottage very close to Benone beach and other local attractions. Gillian was very welcoming and even had a little information booklet which was handy. We asked for dog friendly restaurant recommendations and went to the Point Bar and the food was delicious. Definitely would stay again!

Property clean with good instructions for the stay. Easy recycling system with clothes line outside to dry clothes. Nice garden to sit in and good parking outside cottage. Fantastic location with great places to visit and walk a short distance away.

Very authentic traditional cottage with all the mod cons. Absolutely spotless and fresh produce gift was a lovely treat. Great location, great hosts, pet friendly, lots to do in the area. Really rcommend this lovely cottage.

Nothing, the accommodation was fantastic, totally exceeded expectations, style and finish of accommodation period in style and all furnishings of good quality. Nice extras i.e. biscuits and pancakes (home made). We will return asap.

Cissy’s Cottage is in the most stunning location and is the most delightful property. It has all the mod cons and yet still feels like you’re stepping back in time with the thatched roof, thick stone walls and feature hearth. We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we had booked to stay longer.

Nothing. We have stayed before at the location and the owners have worked hard to make you feel safe and welcome.

The owners have developed this beautiful group of three cottages into a most relaxing retreat where you can gaze up at the majestic mountains of Binevenagh or across to the hills of Donegal. Bike riding from the property is great and we went to the mouth of the Roe along quiet roads to obsever the large variety of birds. A short way away is the blue flag beach of Benone where there is safe swimming in the Atlantic. An adventure across the little ferry to Donegal (£5.20 return for two foot passengers) takes you to Greencastle and the beautiful Inishowen Head Loop - a signposted and moderately easy walk. The recently renovated cottage is cosy and romantic and has all you need for a short break for one or two people. Mind your head! Great part of the world for a quiet relaxing break away from it all.

Beautiful little cottage in a very quiet and picturesque setting. Close to Benone and Castlerock. It has everything you need for a weekend break and the weather was glorious. Couldn't ask for a better weekend and hope to return again.

Signs everywhere to watch head as doors are about 5ft 6inch and still managed to walk into them a couple of times just habbit not bending to go through doors.

Very quaint an experience to stay in a building of this style and age. Everything you need in a compact format owners extremely helpful and baking provided on arrival
