We would have benefitted from some instructions on how to use the washer, hob, oven and microwave.

It was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and there was plenty of space throughout. The facilities were excellent! The location was great. It was quiet so we slept very well. The owners were very responsive and communication was fantastic before and during my stay.

The noise on the stairs when people went up to the higher floor apartments. You could hear the steps and voices as if they were in your flat.

Stairs above us when work men came in, it was very noisy with their boots on.

Kitchen facilities were good, we could enjoy a mixture of eating in and out.shower was great, revitalising, set us up for the day.TV was good,big and with plenty of streaming options.location was great, didn't move the car from the moment we got there. Overall, I was very happy.

There was no towel in the toilet. No kitchen roll. Very hot upstairs. No mirror in the bedroom. Needed shelves in the bathroom.

No breakfast. About a 15 walk to centre so that was fine. Pub around the corner and café across the road for first night and following morning. Nice and quiet. Nice soft sheets on the big bed. Lots of mugs to make a drink. Ice cubes.

We did have a problem with lots of noise from other apartments in the building. The apartment directly above us were continually walking up and down their apartment with loud heavy footsteps every evening until around 2am, and then would start again around 6 am plus what sounded like furniture being moved around. it was continuous without a break. There was also a party in the first floor front apartment at the top of the stairs on the Friday evening, again all evening till around 2 am Saturday morning. This was about a dozen ladies who were uncontrollably Loud with the sound of glass breaking, it may of been a Hen night. Both events kept us awake, but we did not let it spoil our stay. Great apartment.

Guest in apartment above were very inconsiderate and had a party until about 4 am. The noise was ridiculous. I believe they were given a warning.

A slight hiccup with the check in to one of the properties as there was no key in the lock box, but this was quickly and effectively resolved by the host

Property is very spacious, modern and clean. The facilities are of a high specification. We were a little apprehensive when the bathroom was described as an en-suite as we were 2 couples staying but it’s is accessed off the landing as a separate bathroom so was perfect. Great location to walk into York.

I absolutely loved the place I genuinely did, the decor and the space, The dedicated parking for the apartment. This apartment was a fantastic surprise There was no expensive spared on the place, I would most definitely go back.

10bed apartment is up two flights of stairs which is a bit tiring when we had lots of bags on arrival but certainly only a minor point - could be seen as a good point as we were more out of the way and therefore hopefully less annoying to our neighbours!

Great sized apartments which have obviously been recently renovated to a high spec. Very easy to clean after a big hen do with everything we need already provided. Good sized fridge with a handy wine fridge for all our extra bottles of prosecco in the 10bed apartment. Great communication with the host who contacted me via the booking.com app and whatsapp beforehand. One parking space was available for each flat which was really handy. A 10-15minute walk to the centre which helped blow away some cobwebs with a nice pub next door. Fantastic for a hen do! Thank you!
