Dirt and noises. Lots of noises (in- and outdoor as well). But we could sleep because we were tired enough.

The location itself is quite good, but the neighbourhood at night is not for the fainthearted. The host is nice, helpful. If you want a low-budget accommodation and you are 'brave' enough, go for it! Nothing happened during our 3-nights stay, it was just a bit scary for the first time.

I dont’t think the room is suitable for 4 guests. 2 friends of ours were sleeping on an air bed, which was totally flat in the morning.

The location of the house was very good, the great cafeteria was nearby. The King’s Cross station was also very close.

There are a lot of ants in the bathroom and kitchen. Only around 1/3 of a toilet roll was available in the room. Heaters don't work overnight, so the apartment is cool when waking in the morning.

Booked it literally for the night. We'd returned from Europe late, shower was a very welcome sight, brilliant pressure. Location to St Pancras is perfect and a fairly short easy walk. Was good for a bed for the night with no expectations.

The heaters only seemed to work during the day and went off overnight, so it was cold by morning. As we don't use radiators in our country, we weren't sure if there was something we were meant to do. The kitchen was minimally stocked, 1 coffee cup and 2 small tea cups, no large spoons to eat with. A trail of very large ants in bathroom and kitchen, we had no food out, so not sure what they were after. Bed is old, so can feel all the springs, but the linen was clean. Stairs to the bedroom as steep and narrow, so taking luggage down was a scary exercise, and leaving it upstairs is not ideal.

The location was handy to King's Cross station, 15-20 min walk, and bus stop straight outside. It's a small apartment, but ok for 2 people. The shower has amazing water pressure, and it is really hot, which was great. Linen was clean and has a communal washing machine and dryer you can use, just in the hallway outside. However, the cleaner loads it up and leaves till they come back, so to use it, we had to take theirs out, then put it back in when done.

The flat, the pillow cases and bed sheet were not clean. The sofa bed wasn't comfy and it was really small for an adult. Flat number 4 suits just a couple no more people. Poor bathroom facilities

the shower wasn't very clean, the mat was completely wet as soon as we arrived which wasn't good at all.

the handiness of the area, quiet and didn't have to see anyone. it did the job for the price :)

Toilet was absolutely disgusting. Very bad smelling . We couldn’t even go in . No sugar in the apartment. Even after requesting no one was bothered. Tea bags were expired. Sofa bed is cusions are gone .

I have been here with my wife for few days and it has been a nice cozy journey. The landlord accommodated us by giving a mattress needed last minute by my daughter who lives in London in another flat but wanted to join us for a night and they left us the mattress in the flat. Very nice from you, thank you! Very close location to Caledonian Road station and Kings Cross so nice area.

The shower was head was clogged woth limescale, the shower itself was mouldy and not cleaned. The extractor was not working therefore there was a bad smell in the bathroom which filled the living area. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the spare bedding for the sofa bed didn't smell very clean, and made the guest uncomfortable.

The bed was not comfortable, unfortunately. The shower was very very hot, and could not be adjusted to a lower temperature.

Very central, easy to get to. Communication was very thorough, had no issues finding the place or getting into the apartment. It's hard to beat the price.

Although the property has potential, the cleanliness of the property was poor. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the shower was dirty and so were the floors. The bed was uncomfortable and badly sunk in the middle. Lucky there was a couch to sleep on because 2 people would of been a disaster in that bed.

The location was ideal, we were international travellers so being close to St Pancras international train station was very handy.

The bed was broken and it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. I mentioned this, however the reply was vague, ("this will be fixed soon") so I knew it would not be fixed before I left. I ended up with a makeshift remedy using pillows under the mattress to bolster it. The set up is very basic, so don't expect luxury - for example there is one very well used knife, no chopping board and cheap bedding. There was no hand wash or soap in the bathroom, only an abundance of shampoo. From reading other reviews I knew it would be basic, so if you are okay with that then this place will be perfect. The toilet needs a proper good clean!

Location was good - very near the Business Design Centre, where I was working for a week. The shower was good and hot. Enjoyed the Netflix / TV options included. The heating was not working when I arrived and this was sorted quickly. I appreciated the snacks on arrival.

The drains in the bathroom smelled so bad. The pull out bed in the lounge is rock hard.

The apartment space shown in the pictures were nothing compared to the real thing. I also think that space would be okey for 2 but for 3 it was cramped up. Specially as tourist we tend to come with luggage, and there is no space for luggage and 3 people.

We booked for 3 people and the place was set up for 2. The shower was just scolding hot water and we could not change it.

The appartement was nice and clean and we had a bottle of water and some snack chocolate bars on the table for us. That was a very nice touch

The place did not make me feel safe. I was not aware that it is an accom in a shophouse. The dirty carpet should go. The sheets were stained. I was not able to get the hot water in the showers but unsure if it’s just me.

Provided heater, some snacks and a bottle of water. Wifi is good.

Layout was not what I’d imagined, stairs were very steep, fridge was hard to open.

Very comfortable bed and excellent fan in bedroom. Host had left complimentary snacks on arrival and a small gift, which was very much appreciated.
