Evening dinner menu was not to our taste and therefore we chose to eat out.

It was about a 6 minute walk to the high street, so a good location. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff and Owners very friendly and offered an excellent service. Room was very comfortable.

Shower had a slow flow of water and drainage not great. Was on ground floor and very noisy upstairs with floor boards.

Staff were welcoming and location to town good.

The light outside the door shone through the gaps around the door all night. Also I could hear noises from another room, although that didn't actually disturb my sleep, but it is preferable not to be able to hear other people and creaking floor boards etc.

The location by the square and close to restaurants. Lovely comfy bed and a spacious room. Appeared to be nice and clean.

Food was surprisingly good. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are not big, they are comfortable and clean. The location is great for visiting Cheltenham. The hotel has a Regency charm about it.

The bed was too big, appeared to be two singles pushed together, so had ridge in the middle would of preferred a queen size bed. But it was very comfortable otherwise

It was a quiet location, but still walking distance to city shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was freshly cooked and good choice of menu.

    Enjoyable six nights in Cheltenham!

On the ground floor, one can hear everything going on outside in the corridor (and presumably this occurs the other way round as well). The room wasn't super clean when we arrived, including the toilet which had marks from the previous occupant on for several days (despite me mentioning this to the staff).

The Clarence Court hotel is an old building, full of character. The location is great - only a ten minute walk into the centre of Cheltenham. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to help.

Pool advertised was at another location in centre of town, plus i thought the charge for dogs was very steep at £20 each dog iv only usually ever had to pay £10 each. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together.

Location was good by a big park and close to town, breakfast was very good

    The bed!

The location was ideal for me, able to walk into the centre to do some shopping and very close to the relative I was visiting. The free parking off-road is sufficient and very convenient. The hotel is lovely. The staff very approachable and friendly. I was travelling alone but I noticed that the families with very young children arrived at breakfast with the high chairs etc already set up at their table - it wasn't that long ago I had young children and that kind of thing is very helpful. The room was good but I found the bed was a bit lumpy and not firm enough for me. I had dinner which was very nice and cooked breakfast that also ticked all my boxes.

Holes in the bedroom floor. There are not enough parking spaces...

Great customer service, rooms clean and tidy, a few holes in the floor, though, your feet keep dropping into. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to your liking. Location of the property was brilliant only 5min walk to the town centre through the park.
