The man on reception was very helpful with parking and recommending a place for dinner. The bar area was quirky and friendly. There was a good choice at breakfast which you could take back to your room if required. The room was not the most modern but it was warm, clean and comfortable and the shower worked well.

Breakfast, the ability to have a cooked breakfast would have made the stay much better and lack of car parking was not helpful, no disabled bay available

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was ok however there was quite a distance from the breakfast room and the dining area and the room where the breakfast was, was extremely small. The room we had was very nice, the bed was comfortable

The step to number 27

I booked the double room the same day I was staying and asked for accessible but it wasn't on the computer ,so they luckily moved me from an upstairs room to number 27, next door but one, room 4 which was ok ,had a nice bay window at the front, the room had tea and coffee a nice high bed the shower was good , but the step to get into number 27 felt like Everest to me but I managed it , for breakfast you go to main hotel , it has a lovely selection of a continental type I had toast and cereal a lovely lady helped me ,you can eat in your room if it's in main building , I ate in dining room with a lovely sleeping cat as company , watch out for seagulls they target your car , I had to get my car washed , I still would stay here again , but in main hotel hopefully

There was nothing we needed to ask for, everything we needed had been provided. We did buy extra tea/coffee but that is because we drink a lot of it.

The Hotel was really nice, it was in close proximity to our cousin who we were visiting. There was music entertainment provided on some nights. The staff were truly great, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We were able to bring Harley our Border Collie. It was a buffet breakfast with an excellent choice to suit most needs.

The room Was great . Continental brekkie excellent . Especially being able to return to room with brekkie on tray . Good parking . Location was perfect 5/10 min walk to Cleethorpes town centre . Super friendly staff . Room was great with en-suite n mini fridge 👍

My mattress was a little tired (room 6). It was very soft on the left side of the bed and I kept rolling to that side. May be time to replace it.

The shower room was a little uninviting would of preferred a room with a bath but maybe because we had our little pooch with us we were given this room. I am sure if we had asked for a room with a bath they would have accommodated our request if we had asked.

Breakfast was continental only but good value and freshly self served. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was in the process of being refurbished however the room was basic but very clean and suffice for our needs. Quite cosy.
