The bed was not comfortable. It looks like two single beds put together kept shifting at the middle. There were also noise interfaces from other rooms.

The size of the room is up to standard and clean. The facilities in the room were good.

In the first night, the Narborours were screaming at each other for over 30 minutes. my colleague and I came from work after a 12-hour shift, so we could not go to sleep straight away. In the morning, after a bad sleep, I was glad that we had some instant coffee in the room. Unfortunately, after turning on the cattle the this device started to spite like a fire extinguisher with foam and burnt my hand. I don't know who made a joke out of it, but some added some sort of cleaning product in the cattle, very bad two hazards at the same time, burning and poisoning. The second night was quiet, but we did not have hot water in the shower.

Got given 2 separate codes for door to the room without noticing. Coming back late or early as it was couldn't get into the room. Bed was uncomfortable

the deluxe room was amazing but the two rooms upstairs and toilets were filthy. there was a leakage in one of the rooms which I took a picture of and sent it to the host and never got a response. the second room upstairs was also horrible- my in laws were cold during the night as the window was ajar and would not close so they had stuff some of their clothes to stop cold air coming in. on top of all this when we done the booking there was no where in the policy that mentioned about a deposit. when I contacted to say we are on our way to check in I was told I had to pay a deposit! very unorganised and a nightmare’! checkout was 10am my family got kicked out 9am by the cleaners!!!!

Walls are paper thin, very little privacy. You can hear everything that is being said. Area is not for me.

I didn't like the key situation and locks, I left all our stuff in the car outside until we returned from the concert.

Our stay was for the Lady Gaga concert at The Tottenham Stadium so the location is superb. Parking was good and easy to find.

The location wasn’t very good, very hard to find as there was no signs. Was not greeted on arrival. Was charged extra for the room to be cleaned after previous guests. The breakfast was included in the price but we didn’t receive any breakfast. The owner was absent upon departure.

The location is only 1.4 miles from my workplace. The room was very spacious with a double bed, an Amercan size double fridge with a nice kitchenette and a lovely bathroom

Address given was not the location of the room - spent 30 mins waiting for someone to answer door at the provided address. Even at the actual premises, took 10 minutes for someone to turn up after they had answered the video bell. Photo ID was demanded as if I should have known - no mention of this in terms and conditions identified at the time of booking (a related important email, with additional terms and conditions, was only sent two days after I had booked and after I had already left home). URL provided: 'http://www.cogie55.com' does not work. Room and facilities shown on Booking.Com's website were not those provided. Room considerably smaller (approx 200 square feet) than advertised (1076 square feet), no private kitchen, 'Garden View' was of the hard standing front drive, no kitchenette or kitchen, no seating area, no dining area, no outdoor furniture visible or indeed access to anywhere to use it, no ironing board, no tea/cofee maker, no toaster, no hairdryer, no kitchenware, no fan, no bathrobe, booked a double bed - got narrow singles. Problems: kettle missing base unit, closet door jammed on floor, bathroom door jammed (waking everyone up every time it was used), toilet roll ran out, bedside light not working, cutlery dirty, windows didn't close properly, Looked as if 'my' keysafe had been accessed in my absence and the code left visible (I had left the numbers scrambled and not visible), took many attempts to get the keysafe to open.
