Our appartment was on the top floor. No lift. Carpeted floors in the stairwell - this prevents noise but makes climbing stairs strenuous. It wasn't a problem for us, but the upper flats are not recommended for older people. I slept on the sofa. It was very hard to lie on in places but once you found the right position on the sofa it was fine - difficult or uncomfortable for two people on the sofa though i guess lol. The doors (and windows) to the flat are a bit old and don't seem very sturdy. Little water pressure, but probably normal for London. Also, everything was a bit crooked, but we found that funny and didn't cause any problems.

Self-check-in without problems. The location was perfect for us. Lots of places to have a snack, buy breakfast, pubs etc. and quiet by London standards. Departure station to Heathrow Airport (Paddington Station) 2 minutes walk away. Apartment very clean, bed linen and towels were very fresh. It wasn't huge (normal for London) but very convenient. We had no problems. New facility. WiFi worked. Shower water always hot. Sufficient space for 3 people. Good air conditioning. The appliances we used worked perfectly. Kitchen adequately equipped. Sufficient sockets available.

One of the bedrooms mattresses was super uncomfortable with "buttons" sewn into the mattress.

Although we were in the lowest possible level in Apartment 1, it still necessitated taking our heavy luggage up 2 long narrow landings of stairs. Neighborhood was quite noisy until about midnight.

The location next to Paddington Station was perfect! A quick 5 minute walk with all our luggage and we were on our way to Heathrow. We reserved this same day and were pleased with the quickness of response from the property to send check in details. Apartment was clean. LOVED the heated floors in the bathroom.

The apartment is not so big but very clean and have all the necessary equipments. Easy to check in and check out. Nice location, only a few minutes walk from Paddington station (from there with Elizabeth Line you can ride directly to Heathrow Airport). Near the apartment there are a lot of restaurants as well :)

The apartment was otherwise great, but there was a lack of kitchen appliances and cleaning supplies. There were no hand towels, we had to use bath towels as hand towels. Also we were in the fourth floor and traveling with a stroller so the lack of an elevator was a hassle.

Very good location and the apartment was great! Everything was a walking distance away or it was easy to go to by public transport. Also very quiet and barely any noise was heard from the outside/neighbours. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay, perfect for a family of five. Very close to Paddington station and a short walk into Hyde Park. Peaceful at night. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed - we would definitely stay again.

Noise from apartment above us was what we expected except our last night when they left an alarm or phone what seemed like on the floor which buzzed for 5mins every 5 mins from 5 to 6am

The location is great. Underground is just 3 min away. Nice neighbourhood, coffee shops, shops to grab a bite. Every room had a window, which I liked, because you get fresh air every morning. Apartment was clean enough

You could hear the people walking around in the apartment above as they did not take their shoes off.

Very practical location just 5 mins walk from the underground and good bus links. Many restaurants around. The apartment was clean and well maintained. On small problem, it wasn't possible to regulate the heating in two rooms.

The flat is a bit tight if you're used to American quarters. The bathroom had no outlets to use a blow dryer and the only other room with a mirror was the small hallway. The Internet constantly cut out and we only used it after a day of exploring, but it was essential to get the transport and site information we needed to explore. Not ideal, but it was manageable.

The flat was in a perfect location, close enough to the tube and very easy to get around and to Central London. There are also lots of restaurants nearby, highly recommend Mughal's Indian downstairs. There is a park right across the flat and we had a lovely view of the Christmas tree the morning they put it up.

The shower was not really acceptable. Hot water ran out after two minutes and the water pressure was very low. Also the five flights of stairs to the top floor apartment were a trek with luggage, but we managed.

Brilliant location near Paddington Station and local eateries - accessible to everything. Nice little apartment with room for our adult son using the sofa bed. Full size fridge and kitchen were useful.

Some of the cups were dirty, the towel rail and toilet paper rail are loose on the walls, the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms is hanging off the wall, we moved the wardrobe to close the window and there was a lot of dirt and dust under it

The location was excellent the beds were very comfortable and the area was nice and quiet we had a great sleep no complaints there, also there was plenty of hot water and a good shower etc..
