The two twin beds were next to each other so it was more like one bed. The room is very small. It was a good value but be aware that you wont have a ton of room. also there was a lot of street noise

The location was a quick walk to two tube stations, across from a park. There were several restaurants and a Marks and Spencer near the hotel

Although the walls had been painted that gave a fresh feel, what did look tired and needed replacement was the carpets along the stairs, rooms and passageways. But they were clean and hoovered, just took away that 1 point from being excellent.

The room was very clean, the staff were excellent, and the front desk welcome was warm and friendly. Good location for the train and tube.

Bed was slightly firm for me, but mattress seemed better than at many places.

Customer service was good, room comfortable and large enough, bus stop very close, so easy to get to from St. Pancras or King's cross.

Housekeeping tidied away and removed my receipts that I needed for my expenses claim :( My fault, shouldn't have left them laying about.

The furniture in my room has seen better days. Overall it's okay and it didn't bother or affected me in any way. In fact, it was my second stay in that room.

It's a nice and conveniently located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It's possible to store luggage before and after check out without a fee. The rooms are available by lift but for travelers with special mobility needs my advise would be, to contact the hotel before booking. It's an old building and the halls are narrow. The room with one bed and the bathroom were clean and the additional breakfast had a good quality. Even if my room wasn't large, it was enough for my five days stay. Because it was directed to the backyard it was also quiet and I didn't hear any noises by other guests. Considering the location in London between the stations Finsbury Park (National Rail, Underground with direct connection the Heathrow) and Manor House the price is affordable. The City of London and many famous tourist attractions are reachable in 20 to 30 minutes by either the Victoria or Piccadilly line from Finsbury Park or by bus from a bus stop two houses away. I can highly recommand it for a stay, if you are travel to London and don't plan staying the majority of the day in the hotel. On the other side of the road is a large park and down the street in the direction of Finsbury Park Station are supermarkets and a post office. It was a perfect fit for my needs during my stay.

Facilities were a little dated, probably due an upgraded kettle and larger mugs. Staff banged around a bit in the morning, sounded like Henry the hoover was in a fight.

The location was great for where we needed to be, 5 minutes walk either side of the hotel for all London transport links. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had great pressure.

I was on a ground floor room, near the reception, so when people were talking in reception, I could hear them clearly. Also, the extractor fan in the bathroom ran for a long time after the light was turned off.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, while small, was clean, as was the bathroom.
