Everywhere was dirty no towels no toilet rolls no shower curtain no kitchen stuff no Internet WiFi no TV dirty place with bad carpet the front floor was on wrong way very unkempt place asked the owner for my money bk she said she will call me bk but never did I was there for a funeral and she then blanked my calls txtes and everything bad women just wants to take money off people and not give bk never book as u want receive a refund

The owner/company don't know how to run an air bnb,the linen was somehow dirty,the house is a Tholera/Typhoid outbreak time bomb,the toilets don't have any toiletry or even a toilet brush to wash them,the house is smelly bins are always full its like they don't get emptied at all and there are no rules there some room occupiers will be drying tobacco in the micro wave and the house ends up smelling tobacco,people throw dirt just outside the kitchen door as there are no bins etc,they're no keys in key safes of almost all their apartments when you arrive,you wait for hours outside without keys and they don't respond when you call,they transfer you from apartment after apartment as they're not organized,you get a room you didn't pay for at all,there's a lot going on there,the department of health has to go and inspect those airbnbs,I was supposed to stay for 15 days but I could only stay for 3 days and I left on the 4th days as I felt like it's an unhygienic place and I didn'task for a refund becausethey don't even reply you,no one come to inspect the house at all even those who run it don't even care what's happening there,this is the worst accommodation I've had on booking.com,it should be removed from booking.com

Old looking facility, the Toilet downstairs was facing the Kitchen,i had the intension of cooking but was discouraged, you were even told to clean your room after paying for the service ,i couldn't read during the day neither could i sleep well at night because of a guest on the top floor who kept disturbing with loud music and was hitting the floor and wall. I complained of lack of Hanger for my clothes via mail, no one responded for 7 days until i left the facility. As a recommendation to owners, there should be regular visit by the facility to know what is going on.

The owner defaulted on my booking. They did not provide the accommodation I booked. On the day of the booking, they offered me alternative accommodation, but when I got there, the bed was unmade, there was rubbish in the sink and on the floor, the shower was filthy, and there were loose wires hanging from the walls. They refused to answer my calls, Whatsapps, texts, or emails, and have since refused to refund my bookings or reply to my messages, or to Booking.com when I complained. Do not book this accommodation.

No hot water, no water and dirty

This is the worst place, I have stayed ever. There was no hot water, no heating and the property was very dirty. I will not recommend this to anybody.

The ground floor room which was given to me was extremely dirty. The carpet is disgustingly dirty and extremely old. There were fungus and dirty marks on the walls . No handwash and toilet rolls in the toilet and on top of that there was no hot water on the property. Its unhygienic and no human being can stay in that room. When I tried to call the host he cut the line 3 times and couldn't leave a voice message either. Boking.com should de-list the property. Its a total scam. There is no free parking either as it claims on the advert. I left the property straighaway and had to book another property for Wednesday night to stay . I am extremely disappointed.
