It was very clean and well equipped. Only a short walk from the sea. The decor is modern and tasteful. Ot was fine for 3 of us; 4 big adults would have been very cosy!

Lovely little place, perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to the town centre which was a bonus. Nothing to fault, excellent value for money.

Parking was a bit strange, no allocated parking so next door took the spot straight outside of our accommodation. Some details about decor seemed to have been overlooked (door frame in bathroom, pipework to radiators unpainted, pipework near wardrobe in main bedroom unsightly and covered in cobwebs. Just a side note...a lamp in the living area to give lower lighting would be a nice touch Finally the location map listed on booking.com takes you to the wrong place all together. We did about 5 laps of the area and eventually ended up at the sea front studying the satnav looking for a location to aim for instead. Put in Knitting needle lane and the property is more or less opposite

The convenience of the location to the seafront and shops was excellent, The property was plenty big enough and was warm and homely. Heating/wifi/cutlery and crockery/home comforts/linen and towels, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher all excellent. Garden was a nice addition to the property. Quiet location given that it was so close to a housing estate. Easy check-in and departure. Tea/coffee/milk/toilet toll/hand soap/washing up liquid and spongs were very much appreciated. Over all really very happy with the stay.

Lovely apartment. Easy walking distance to the centre and beach of Wells. Spotlessly clean and fresh milk coffee and tea on arrival. The lovely owner is obviously proud of her property and rightly so. We took our dog and found Brancaster beach nearby more accessible and really beautiful. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The only one thing that could make this better would be to install a log burner. No fault with the property as it is, this would just be a highlight.

2nd bedroom , fabricated cupboard in corner of room poor , loft hatch unfinished and unsightly.

The shower/wet room isn't very practical; the water gets everywhere

Slightly misleading to call it a cottage, it is more of a newly built annexe. Parking was a slight issue due to guests in the main house to which Crab Cottage is attached. Shower made bathroom floor very wet which may be an issue with small children.

Location was fantastic, very short walk into the centre and to the harbour. Two good size bedrooms and all fittings were to a high standard. Lovely, bright and clean. Towels provided and bedding/pillows were of good quality.

Crab cottage was spotless when we arrived and perfect for a weekend break. The location couldn’t have been any better, just a 5 minute walk onto the front. The Chinese takeaway further down the road was also highly recommended.

We honestly couldn’t comment on anything!

The property was exceptionally clean, which helped us feel very welcome. All kitchen appliances were spotless and like new! The layout and facilities were fantastic, with every occasion well thought out. All utensils were available and everything was again, like new and spotless, as well as well organised. The owners were more than accommodating and very friendly, and we loved how welcoming they were for us and our dog. Absolutely must be one of the best properties to rent in Wells-Next-The-Sea as a family or couple with pets! The location was fantastic, an easy walk either to the pubs and restaurants or to the quay, with a lovely walk to the beach. The property felt very private and relaxing with ample parking which was helpful in getting our dog in and out of the car and a fully secure garden, which was perfect for our dog! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a long weekend in Wells!
