The only disadvantage at this B&B was that there was no hot breakfast because the owners go out to work. However, there was always a wide variety of pastries, yogurts, cereals, fresh fruits, hot drinks, juice and so on. I don't think most people would have anything to complain about.

The two rooms used by our party were spotless and had every convenience. There was even a radio, which is rare in B&Bs, so we were able to listen to our favourite Radio 4 early in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, the water in the shower was hot, shampoo and soap were provided, the towels were fluffy and there were plenty of them, we were greeted warmly and given lots of local advice, and it was even possible to make real (not instant) coffee in our room. The place is in a lovely setting. Apparently previous guests had trouble finding it, but we are not technically brilliant (we are in our late 70s) and we found it without any problem. For rabbit lovers, especially, this is heaven, since it's possible to see them scurrying around the area in abundance.

Arrived at lovely peaceful location just off the A9. Beautiful room with private bathroom. Very well appointed. Room had tea/coffee and the bonus of hot chocolate along with biscuits and sweets. Breakfast was amazing and had a vast array of choices for a continental breakfast. I’m sure we’ll be back.

it's not very well sign posted heading north on the A9 so be aware of this when using sat nav, more so after daylight hours . heading south there is signage for Delny just before you turn making it a little easier.

Nice and quiet location, just off the A9 a couple of mins drive and you are there, beautiful farmlands surround you and a cosy room awaits you with all the necessary amenities you need, Tea/coffee available in your room and some biscuits/cookies to accompany. We brought along our dog which was no problem at all and at no extra charge. A cold Breakfast was available for you to help yourself to but we didn't go for the breakfast during our stay due to maximizing time out and about to explore.

Pressure in the shower was not the best, but still done the job.

The room was large and well catered. Loved the hidden on suite toilet which was also big. Nice touch having a caffetterie so could have a nice coffee in your room. Host was very welcoming and loved there small dog. We would come back again.

superb location views to die for ! Rabbits galore and beautiful horses plus overlooking the Cromarty Firth Room was well appointed with everything you required . clean and comfortable . Continental breakfast excellent. Host charming and Charlie his dog sweet. Excellent value for money. Will return .
