The fact of no lift and 4th floor.. car park facilities too.. but we were lucky to have parking at the rear - would have been easier if at the front

The location, the old style building.. and the painter that helped us with our bags on the day we left

Stayed with 3 children. Booked property because a bed for all - including sofa bed. Didn’t expect to be charged extra for bedding for sofa bed. Just include it in price rather than an add on. Would rather know up front when choosing a property.

Size, space, comfort and location. Property was clean and well equipped.

Asked to be let in by code working 15 minutes before check in time and was told no. Apt was clearly ready and I had to stand out in the cold waiting for code to be available.

Was staying on ground level unit 2. Same level as Main door entrance used by other guests in higher units. Main Door slam each time someone comes in or leaves the apartment block. Can also hear footsteps of people on 2nd floor. Internet a little blotchy sometimes so TV program hangs sometimes.

Property was very clean, well kept. Lots of space for family of 3 n should also work with 4-5. 6 mins walk to Princess street where you can hop on trams or airport bus. Lots of restaurants n pubs around. Near shopping street n 20-30 mins walk to various attractions; Royal mile, Edinburgh castle, Museum, scenic Deans Village, etc.

The location was great within walking distance to everything including the old town, castle, Dean village, Arthur’s seat, etc. Shops and restaurants were close by too.

    Nothing!

Very comfortable rooms clean and spacious. Lovely reception area and a great pool. The property had left balloons and champagne for us as this was the last night of our wedding trip! Close to airport for our early flight but also a short tram ride into Edinburgh for a couple of pounds each.

I booked this apartment last minute because we just needed a place to stay for one night in Edinburgh. I didn’t care too much about it so I’m my expectations were low. This stay was so nice honestly! Pretty central to a lot of things. Walking distance to Victoria street. The rooms were huge and it was very clean. We were a little confused about parking so I called and staff was so friendly and helpful about that. Beds were comfy and had the best windows!

I visited in winter and it felt a little cold even with the radiator on. I wish the radiator came on harder.

The location was great because it was in the middle of Newtown, and it was close to wherever I went. There are quite a few famous brunch restaurants nearby, and the whiskey shop is nearby, so it was great to taste Scottish specialties every evening. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, and the furniture and bedding were really clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed, including pots and pans, so it was great to make dinner. The price is also good, so next time I go to Scotland with my family, I definitely want to visit again!

To be expected given the location - a little bit of traffic noise. Generally not a problem apart from emergency vehicles. Light sleepers should consider ear plugs

Great location & lovely apartment with plenty of space & nice views across the rooftops to the estuary (top floor). Well kitted out kitchen. Great shower. Comfy bed. Overall - highly recommended

There were no elevators, so going up & down was a challenge (4th floor), especially with luggage. The TV could have been larger for everyone to watch. There were no cabinets in the hallway bathroom to put toiletries.

It was clean & comfortable. Parking at St James was a few blocks away. Special parking rates helped. View of the park across the street was great. Communication prior to our stay and during our stay was great. If you needed to visit their office, it was just around the corner. Would recommend this place if you don't mind the stairs.
