Got fobbed off saying they had a power cut tried moving me to somewhere else 10 minutes down the road which my partner didn’t like didn’t end up staying nowhere tried to get refunded as didn’t like the other apartment offered n blatantly got ignored by the owner

It was the worst experience ever , and never again . From the look of it my cousin and I were expecting to really enjoy ourselves, we found the place beautiful and something we both could be really enjoying but due to the unprofessional customer services we were robbed that .

Absolutely nothing It's all just a scam. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely nothing to like. We booked this appointment without reading any reviews (BIG MISTAKE) we arrived at the apartment only to be told that we couldn't stay as the power was out. They said they will upgrade us to another apartment. It certainly wasn't an upgrade. The second apartment was above a takeaway shop and was dirty, smelly and not secure. The pictures advertised seem to be part of a scam so they can rent out an inadequate apartment in a different part of the city.

1 hour after the time we were meant to check in I called the host and was ignored texted to ask for access details only to be told there was power cut in the property. At this point we were on the motorway, he then offered an alternative accommodation in another city when we arrived the accommodation was reaking of marijuana. The apartment wasn’t clean has ash and crumbs in the seats. The bedsheets we’re satin and too small for the mattresses that we’re all worn out and lumpy. We had to leave immediately and purchase an alternative accommodation for more money last minute. The host was unapologetic and didn’t even respond to messages.

SCAM! Do not go to the property waste of money! The flat number doesn’t exist and when we were asking how to get into the building they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Then to get a message hours later saying only can message and had a “power cut” so couldn’t stay at that apartment. we had travelled all the way from Newcastle so couldn’t easy go home as it was 6pm and had booked a concert here. We asked if there any other properties we could be transferred to and no response to only get blocked. We tried to get a refund from booking.com to only get the phone put down and when rung again to be told it was our fault since we could not find the apartment which wasn’t the case. We found the building but only went up to 160 and the apartment was 262 however, the reason was the supposed “power cut”. Instead we had to pay £150 for another hotel on top of the apartment. Will not be booking through booking.com again. They need to make sure they’re actual places and not scams!

They moved us and really bad. Their was mold food in the fridge and cupboards dirty. Marks all on the wall and burn marks in the kitchen//living room.

Do not book it’s a scam turnt up at the place tried calling the owner no answer he then text saying how can I help I said I’m here for my booking he replied sorry we have had a power cut you can’t stay here didn’t offer any alternative nothing

The accommodation cancelled the booking late on the day of arrival and offered an unsuitable alternative - not enough bedrooms. Poor communication and a lack of concern about the late cancellation.

The place was disgusting , bad smell not clean

Do not book !!! Would not recommend, we booked this property and on arrival we were moved to another place that was in a dodgey area , keys weren’t there had to wait an extra 40 minutes, doors to apartment did not work , did not feel safe , There’s was no help

I did not get a chance to stay in the apartment i paid for as the host told me there’s tenants already staying there she tried relocating me to a different city but it was impossible for me to go. She could’ve told me before i left my own home but she decided to say message me on arrival didn’t answer the phone either just messaged me and said u can’t stay there.

Didn’t like anything, already other guests there when we arrived, had to wait to gain access, it was dirty, smelled of smoke, no toilet rolls, no towels. Bed was was stained, did not stay and had to travel home, spoiling my partner’s son wedding celebrations. Contacted owner, who couldn’t care less. Flooring coming up, paint all over switches, no curtains on a ground floor apartment, so everyone could see in. Rubbish everywhere outside, cars with broken windows, graffiti, not a nice place at all

There were many things i was not happy with this booking. 1. The host was incredibly difficult to contact. Was only allowed to contact via text and even with that they did not respond in a timely fashion. When I tried to call I was locked off. I thought this to be highly rude. 2. The host did not have the property prepared for us, and blamed this on the cleaners which I thought was inappropriate. Due to this we was unable to stay in the property we originally paid for. Couldn't speak with the host about this issue. Kept deferring me to text to speak about the issue which is highly inappropriate and lacked any customer care! You would expect to speak to someone over the phone when your accommodation was cancelled. It felt all underhanded and illegitimate. I could feel something was wrong when the host wasn't responding to my messages within Booking.com. 3. The host lied about providing a like for like apartment and provided an apartment which was dirty, had no towels and no toilet tissue. The bed was dirty and was a 1 bedroom flat instead of a 2 bedroom flat. 4. I wasn't able to resolve the issue until 11.45pm in which I had to contact Booking.com to help provide another flat. The whole experience was unpleasant, and was mainly due to the lack of professionalism and communication from the host. I would recommend that no one stay's with the host or at any of their other properties. I feel the host is a scammer and should not be on these platforms to scam people out of their money, time and energy. I will be making a complaint.

It does not look like photos was dirty with other people rubbish no hot water to shower master bed was broken no tv aerial not much kitchen utensils also no key to door in master bedroom
