We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful whenever we asked for anything. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We forgot to use our Hilton honours number when we booked but they added it on for us afterwards. Beds were very comfortable, room was very quiet.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast and comfortable and clean room. LOVED the children's play area Hagrids corner 😊 simple but kept my 2yr old and 6 yr old entertained all evening, made our stay a real pleasure. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful and checked breakfast items that were not labelled for allergens for my nut allergic son.. Would definitely stay again.

IrelandRoom was too warm. Air circulator not good enough. Air con needed. Breakfast - milk was gone off so couldn’t eat cereals. Egg, sausage etc not very fresh, as they had hard skins from being kept warm a long time. Led to believe that breakfast was included in price, but children were charged £8 per head per day for breakfast because they were more than 2 years old. That was cheeky!

United KingdomI expected the room to be much bigger. Its quite misleading on the website. Between the bed and the TV there wasn't much space. I was hoping for ample space due to prep I needed to do for the wedding. The room was quite dark and as i was on the ground floor I couldn't really open my curtain. I did at first but then saw two men walk past so had to keep them closed most the time. Even with all the lights on it was quite dark
It's a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly. I was put into the wrong room initially. However, was compensated with two free drinks. I did think my bags would be moved for me however I had to get them from the wrong room and move them to the right one. It was not an easy task as I had quite a few due to getting married the next day. Aside from that, everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

United KingdomThe worst problem was that there was no air conditioning. There was a cooling system but it didn’t do anything to cool down the temperature in the room. There was a fan provided in the room thankfully, which indicates that it is a known problem that the room is too warm. We left the windows wide open all the time and the fan on but had a very uncomfortable night due to the heat. We heard several people at breakfast discussing the fact that their rooms too were very hot and they hadn’t been able to sleep. Such a shame when the beds were so comfortable. The temperature outside was about 16 degrees and it wasn’t a sunny day so I don’t know why the room was retaining so much heat. Maybe it’s a good hotel to stay in the winter time!
We chose the hotel purely on location as the nearest place to somewhere we were visiting that evening. We had stayed at the Hilton in Milton Keynes 2 weeks previously which was exceptional so we expected a similar experience. Parking was good, the room was really nice (room 123), well laid out and away from the traffic noise so very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and water provided and the toiletries in the bathroom were nice quality. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.
