Excellent facilities! Beds, bathrooms, lounge & Kitchen. Parking was a big bonus in the centre of Edinburgh! You can leave the car safe and easily explore all the sights in Edinburgh centre on foot!

There were a few little attention to detail things that could be improved but never affected my experience and wouldn’t put me off staying here again as the overall stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend to friends.

Absolutely beautiful apartment within walking distance to City centre. Bright spacious apartment with beautiful fixtures and fittings. Bonus free car parking space which practically is never an option when booking accommodation in Edinburgh. Very easy to access and the host has put together a very easy video to follow with all instructions.

We wish there was a top sheet on the beds. There's a bottom sheet and the comforter. It got very hot at night and we had to throw off the covers. The bathrooms fans don't turn on so the rooms end up smelling a little musty.

This is a lovely apartment and easily walkable around town. Comfy and we enjoyed having the space. Nearby coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, wine stores. We likedbit so much we stayed an extra night.

Very clean with excellent comfortable beds. The apartment contained quality furnishings and fixtures. The room plan also worked very well for our group of three adults. It was a pleasure to stay there. The instructional video was helpful.

The apartment was clean,large,well equipped, and fantasticly located.It was on buses and tram lines.An easy walk to the Royal Mile and Castle as well as the Grass Market. The internet worked well, and each bedroom had TV, as did the lounge. With a car park, what more could one wish for. I could live here full time if required. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing period property situated just a stones throw from the city centre and Deans Village. It was spacious and light. An ideal base for exploring Edinburgh. Super comfortable bed and living space. All needs catered for in the fabulous kitchen too.

Few bits would make better but didn't spoil the apartment. So more recommendations for owners rather than a gripe I would have mirrors in the bedroom and small table under this so you can see when drying hair etc. Few of pots and plates were chipped so may need replacing. Little touches make things easier when cooking such as Tin foil , Washing up liquid and more than one towel drying up would be useful. Or make it clear it needs to be brought I personally would have coasters to protect your lovely furniture in the living room and bedside tables . Didn't feel right putting cups on them .

Well furnished spacious 2 bed apartment in a great location for the centre. Lovely views from the second bedroom across the city. It was a home away from home. Feels very luxurious. Loved the freestanding bath! Good clear instructions -definitely watch the videos as really useful- and useful parking place to the rear of the building. There is only one parking so if coming in 2 cars like we did you need to book another space we found great space with Just Park less then 5 mins walk away.

It would be nice to have a dining table with comfy chairs although I knew the set up when I booked so can't complain.

Fantastic flat in a great location and free parking was a great bonus. Host went above and beyond and was really accommodating. The flat is huge and really comfortable and well decorated. I will definitely look to stay here again when I'm next in Edinburgh

The dining chairs weren't that comfortable but we did not eat in much so it was not a problem. Also it would have been nice to find a couple of tea towels but this is a minor issue.

Spacious accommodation in the right location for Hogmanay 2022. The parking space was a bonus. Very comfortable and clean both in the apartment and in the communal area. The introductory videos worked for me as didn't have any problems entering the apartment

I did have to get my friend to bring the kitchen stool into the hall where the mirror was, to use my hair tools, as there was no proper dressing tables. Though luckily I am a resourceful person, so this still worked for me. The chandelier in the main bedroom was very dirty, though the host has been informed of this so hopefully been taken care of. There was no oven gloves and unfortunately the grill door was already broken by a previous guest, so the host has been informed of this too.

A video was made by the host explaining where the keys were and what keys to use. This is a lot easier for those of us who are visual learners. Much better than reading instructions. So a huge Thanks to the host for the user friendly videos. :) There is a tv in each room so guests have that as a bonus, including the very comfortable beds. Having a choice of shower and a separate bath was bliss. Loved the charismatic decor, very beautiful large though cosy apartment. No feelings of claustrophobia in here for sure. Didn't want to go home, loved it.
