Friendly hosts, very good location near tube and bus stop, walking distance to Hyde Park and Holland Park. Modern and nice bathroom, simple and functional furniture with everything you need for a short stay.

It was top floor, winding stairs. Not much room in the apartment. The window blind was thin and streamed light from daybreak.

There were not enough utensils in the kitchen. We had difficulty even cooking pasta and there were no cleaning utensils to wash the utensils. Room was a bit dirty, it could be handled easily but maybe they need extra care.

Location is good. It’s near to Earl’s Court station approx 3 min. Stuff is helpful, you need to call before arrival. Room is comfortable. We liked it.

It was a small room but enough for our purpose on this stay.

The property was super close to the Earl’s Court station and bus station, which was super convenient for us. Also 1-2 streets away from a lot of restaurants.

Very tight space. Caught my arm several times on the hot towel rail. No socket near desk with kettle or in kitchenette area. Had to balance kettle on bedside stool to heat water in order to reach a socket. Blinds not sufficient to keep out the street lights so room was very light and difficult to get to sleep

Very convenient for tube. Comfy bed. Warm room. Good shower. Easy to contact and swift response from owner when encountered a problem, quickly rectified. Basic but good value for money. Fine for a base to spend minimum time in whilst exploring the city.

Uncomfortable bed and loud street. It’s hard to sleep.

Location was good, close to public transportation, staff allowed us to check in earlier. The room was clean.

The only thing we didn’t like was how busy the road was. We managed to still sleep well over the weekend as a whole. The noise starts in the morning (around 7) but if you had earplugs you’d be fine!

I loved that it was in Kensington. It was a 2 second walk from Earl court station (if you leave the tube station the correct side haha) which has good connections. I also liked the fact that we got access codes and could check ourselves in, it was an easy process. The room was on the smaller side but it was enough. We didn’t spend much time in there aside from sleeping/getting ready etc so we were happy with it.

It was a little small, moving around the bed and bathroom was a tight squeeze. But that’s what you get for a reasonable price in london.

Great location and modern interior. Staff allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, in exchange for a room in the basement. Which was really helpful.

As it was on the main road, it was very noisy so we ended up waking up a few times during the night and early in the morning

Great value for the price, the room was nicely refurbished and the location was fantastic - only a 30 second walk from the nearest tube station and a 2 minute walk from shops, bars and takeaways
