Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceThe only negative thing was the mattress of the sofa-bed in the living room. This one was too bad to sleep on, which was in total contrast to the mattress of the bedroom.
The room looked really nice. Liked the colours and decoration & really spacious. We stayed for a night, but it was so well equipped we could have stayed for much longer. (washing machine, kitchen facilities etc) Kind & friendly personnel. Big tv in the living room. Well equipped bathroom. Super comfortable mattress in the bedroom.

United KingdomWould benefit from better staff training and more than one member of staff on reception. Asked to pay on arrival when booking was pre-paid and given room key without actual key, on returning to reception to get said key then had to queue for 10 mins as only one person on reception and busy with guests. Friendly though.
Excellent location for the O2 Arena, short walk from Canary Wharf tube. Very well equipped room including fridge, hairdryer, crockery, glasses, pans, microwave oven, small dishwasher and washing machine with tablets provided. Blissfully comfy mattress and pillows. Excellent shower and soft towels. Would stay again.

The appartment was very nice. It was spacious and had everything for a person visiting with family. Staff were very generous and cooperative. Beds were soft n cozy. Kitchen was well equiped.. felt like home only. Only problem we had was with lift. From 7th floor we had to walk down with small kids as lift was broken 2 times. It has only 1 lift. Staff helped us and shown full cooperation. Overall, 10 out of 10

United KingdomThe staff at checking on 1st of april, wasn’t welcoming, seemed un interested. Was abrupt, Didn’t, feel the welcome from both girls on duty that day. Just said don’t make noise, party, will escort you out. Like we ain’t animals!!!There is a decent way to talk to customers & welcome the stay!! Also the cutlery & plates, dishes, cups were not clean, it smelt funny. No hand wash in the kitchen either. They need to revisit this & improve for next future bookings.

Fraser Place Canary Wharf has an excellent location. The hotel is right at a mooring place with view to some boats. Metro is in 10 minutes walking, city center is about 40 minutes.

I liked the location, if You are driving there I recommend not. It’s quite confusing me and my partner who drove up later got very confused. The view is beautiful and apartment was bigger than it looks on the photos.
