The host is very attentive to your needs. The apartment is well maintained and it has everything you need for your stay (well equipped kitchen: stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc) the complimentary coffee pods are absolutely brilliant. We were a family of 4 adults and the two sleeping on the sofa bed slept as well as the ones sleeping in the main bedroom. Keys drop off was smooth.

Unfortunately, I have bad hips and the only thing to warn anyone with the same affliction would be that the bath with over shower was difficult to get out of because it was very high. Everything else was great.

Faruq was a brilliant, responsive host. He gave clear instructions for getting into the flat. Information on where to eat and things to do. Very generous with bottled water, Tassimo pods and toiletries. The flat was clean and had all the facilities needed and space for a family of 3. Was slightly worried about location, but it was actually great. 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge and Tower of London and close to lots of shops and places to eat and 10 minute walk to underground stations. Made it a great short stay in London.

As this unit was on the second floor, we have to close the curtains as the unit is visible from the side road/walkway as there are people standing outside chatting and would usually look inside the house. Unless you are not too concerned about privacy, the curtains would have to be closed most of the time.

Location was quite good. you need to walk 15 minutes to Tower Hill Station. The kitchen has full facilities, which is good for travelers who want to cook, but the floor would be left sticky as it doesn't come with a kitchen hood, which could be remedied by wearing pair of shoes.

The place itself is an a great location only a few minutes walk to overground station. I was staying with my family and it's a perfect place for a group of 4. Faruq is brilliant and very accomodating and is genuinely a nice chap. He was very helpful throughout. His place has all the facilities that you would need. Definitely recommend.

The location might not feel super safe but we had absolutely no problem.

Good position at only 10 minutes walk from the Tower of London, close to the public transport. The apartment Is cosy and has all one needs for a self catering accomodation, including coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was really helpful, answered our messages very fast and helped us a lot by facilitating an early check in. Good value for money, also!

We were quite dismayed with the carpets as they seemed quite dirty. It would be good if the carpets are removed if it's too expensive to have them cleaned. Personally I rather step on cold floor than endure dirty ones. The location is not near shops and can feel less safe at night as we walk along the quiet streets. Lastly I wish to remind guests who, like us, checked out in the morning but went back to the accommodation later to collect luggages after the cleaner has cleaned the apartment. We were careful not to mess up the place but unfortunately the guests before us didn't. Instead of a freshly made bed, our sofa bed looked like someone had sat on it, as there was a huge dent and the bed looked sunken in where it has been sat on.

The host is generous with good quality toiletries, laundry detergent pods, coffee and tea capsules, even provided an unopened bottle of mulled wine. There were numerous hangers to hang our clothes too. I tried the Turkish restaurant recommended by the host and it turned out to be the best meal I had during my 12 days in London.

There was a somewhat funny smell in the appartment, although the appartment itself was very clean. I think it came from the hall because it was stronger there.
