No lift, parking was fine for us but I suspect it might be more difficult if the hotel was full.

Breakfast was excellent, room was good but not easy to reach for people who has walking problems. Do not serve dinner but restaurants within easy walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay...The hotel is situated between Windermere and Bowness. Breakfast was really lovely and the poster bed is definitely comfortable. Will come back again!

The cottage is next to the river. It is truly like we are in nature. Close to the town centre, where we got all options to dine and shop. Bowness is walkable distance, where we could get river cruises. I wish I come to Winderemere and stay at Glenburns.

It would have been good to have somewhere to store wet boots in the room or a place to dry them off as there's no boot room at the venue. The towel heater in the bathroom was never on so towels never dried in time to use them the following day.

Great location if you want to walk in to Windermere or drive further out to Ambleside and so on. The room was very clean and staff were lovely. The food and options for breakfast was excellent and there's a dedicated car park.

Very nice place to stay with links to the lakes.., it was also very near the local shops and restaurants … the room was very comfortable and we were provided with nice breakfast!!!! Will definitely recommend!!

Soundproofing has to be looked into. There were people who came in late and had no concern for the other guests. Difficult to sleep under those circumstances

The location was superb. Easy access to the buses restaurants and the train station at Windermere. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room with the bunk beds was very small, but overall not an issue.

Very nice house that can accommodate the whole group. There was also a parking lot which made things convenient. The house was fitted with all the necessary crockery and furniture, including refreshments like tea and coffee.

It was amazing stay. Well over my expectation. The moment we walked in we were greeted with such a friendly and warm welcome by Sue. She is amazing and makes out stay so enjoyable. The hotel is clean and neat and the Towels is so fluffy and soft and so is the bedding. ROOM is comfortable with modern s we set up hotel rigtt at main road so xonvenient to get a bus 555 to everywhere. Also only 15mins walk if you fancy walking and parking at the hotel too!! The breakfast area is so modern and inviting. Breakfast itself is so fresh nicely cooked and presented and amazing I'll say easily matched any good rest standard. The staff all are so welcoming and polite. The chill out area by the bar is nice and cosy with a set of few chesterfield suite and we even have a game of chess. Both of us agree that the no 1 attraction to the place is Sue. She a gem to the place.
