The alarm went off at 7 in the morning for 30 minutes. The employees didn’t know what to do. Wasn’t their fault though. She looked panicked and apologized.

I don’t know why the ratings are so low. The hotel is the nicest hotel for the price range in the area. I searched for many hotels for hours and stayed in many hotels in London this one’s by far the best one. It’s clean. The room doesn’t feel like a shoe box. Giant windows for fresh air. I’d stay again.

Very limited space to put your things in bathroom, that was uncomfortable and frustrating. To be able to open blinds in the room you either have to be over 6 feet or climb on the bed! Not sure who planned, but for shorties like me it was not pleasant.

A very good and convenient location, close to Marble Arch station. Plenty of restaurants around, mostly Lebanese, but they were ok. Room very clean, bed comfy, water hot

There was a television in the room but it required a code which could not be provided.

Very clean, comfortable bed and staff extremely helpful. Lovely little street off Edgeware Road with a short walk to underground station at Marble Arch.

The sound isolation is weak, only interior doors - I recommend to pack earplugs to get good sleep.

Great location, room clean and serviced every day, 24-hour front desk. Fair value for what we've paid.

Very steep stairs with no elevator, makes it hard if you have big bags - the guy at checkin did bring them to our room for us which was a wonderful help. If you are staying down in the basement, you will get a bit of noise from the rooms above walking around, but it was fine once everyone was asleep.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially the gentleman at check in. The shower was hot with good water pressure, not always something guaranteed in London!

Simple but works for short weekend stay!
    • Leisure trip

Small things could improve comfort such as a few hooks for clothes and towels, a chair or something to put things/bags on and a bathroom mat outside bathroom as carpet starts just outside shower. Easy fixes.

Good for short weekend stay. Clean, simple, small. Works well for that purpose when coming in late and leaving early! Nice beds, nice pillows and cover.

The only thing was that the washroom was very small and it was hard to take a shower in the shower area. Other than that everything was quite nice.

The property was quite clean and warm water was available at all times, quite near to the underground train station, safe neighbourhood and amenities were provided, the house keeping would clean the room and the toiletries were restocked everyday. All and all a very comfortable experience.

The socket for the kettle should be located where you can actually plug it in.

No breakfast, which was fine under the circs, as always breakfasted with my niece and her husband who were staying at a hotel nearby. Staff lovely and understanding.

Blind was broken in the double bedroom so was unable to lift the blind. Didn’t worry us too much as we were out daily and it’s dark early. The heating didn’t work the first night but then it kicked in the second day. The bathroom fan was constantly on, even with the light switched off but I found where the switch was to turn this off when not using the bathroom/shower

Great location, 5 minute walk to Oxford street and Marble Arch tube station. Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s all a 5minute walk. Beds comfy and very useful the kitchen had all supplies so could purchase food to cook. Reception staff were great and let us leave our bags in the reception, as we arrived an hour early and after we checked out as our train wasn’t until 5.30pm Towels, hairdryer, coffee and tea sachets supplied. Only a 10 minute walk from Paddington station Overall a really good stay in the 2 bedroom apartment.

Shower is practical but small - keep this in mind if this will bother you. A bit overpriced but it makes sense for London/the location.

Cute, simple boutique hotel. Locations is excellent and has everything you need for a simple stay. I stayed 2 nights and didn’t have any complaints. Clean and practical.

Toilet too small - not user friendly, there is no shelf or hook to place inside shower area, nowhere to put to shampoo or towel. Poor sound insulation - can hear the noise very clearly from street and next room and upper floor as well.

Great location - few mins walking to Hyde Park
