Slightly on the outskirts of the city but not too far to be getting the bus in or a taxi. The locks seemed a bit old and worn, otherwise they did the job.

Really comfortable, quiet and an easy self check in. WiFi was great and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. Bedding was very clean and comfortable

The tv didn’t work and we had a shower in the bathroom not a spa bath as advertised

Room was too small but I booked a single room so it was my fault.

The bathroom was nice and clean kitchen was clean room was clean but tiny my stay was fine.

The shared bath and our bed was too low and bath was lovely clean but don't good if struggling too get out with a disability

It's lovely clean and comfortable how ever only fault was the bed was too low for our disabled I struggle to get up on moring and the bath abit small if got a disability

The location of the key press is low to the ground, not the easiest to see the numbers when the ground is wet as you really need to kneel to see and operate it. No control over the radiator temperature, room got a tad hot overnight.

Located around a 5 minute walk from Edge Hill station and served by a few bus routes to the city centre. Very comfortable bed and the room was mostly silent (other than the noise of the ventilation fan). Decent curtains to keep out the light. Would certainly use again if the need arose:)

Bit of a late check in for location as had very little time in the city after parking up and getting settled. Bed needs new mattress

As the property is a converted residential home, other guests are heard when they arrive / leave. This isn’t a problem, but it would have been good to have been told who else was in the property. As a lone female traveller, I felt nervous about when other people might have been coming into the house. Despite this, the security for each room was great.

The property is in a great location and has been decorated nicely throughout. It felt like a home away from home!

There was a mix up with the rooms, some other guests were told the wrong room so we ended up in a different room, which was an upgrade for us so we weren't complaining.

The entire house was very clean. The kitchen had lots of cutlery and cookware to make meals and was big. Rooms were nice, very comfortable and very warm in cold weather. Location is pretty good.

Only one dual socket. Walls are bit thin so you can hear your neighbours easily even if they are just normal volume. Maybe attach long mirror to wall rather than loose hanging on the door. Toilet roll holder to hold loo rolls

Good location. Nice set up for accessing the place. Quick response from owners. Comfy bed. Good shower. carpets, garden, kitchen all feels new and fresh and maintained.

The key box isn't easily accessible. We have to kneel on the pavement to access. Not easy if you have mobility problems. We were also given the wrong code so after an hour trying the code we rang the owner who apologised and gave us the correct code

Centrally located. Bus stop 2 min walk to the city centre. Very clean and quiet.

Clearly not very spacious, but you do know that when you book: for me not a problem at all, as only spending one quick night.
