Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOn the second morning we were shown to a table for breakfast right in the middle of everyone, unfortunately I am a private person and struggle to eat around too many people. It would be nice to be asked if you prefer somewhere quiet. Simply fir people like myself with a phobia.

United KingdomSeems to be a new building overlooking Irish Sea and extensive Blackpool beaches. South Blackpool, near Pleasure Beach and a 10 minute taxi drive from Blackpool North Station. Very clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, well furnished. Excellent buffet breakfast in a large dining area so never over busy. Just a one night stopover to see friends in Lytham so would have enjoyed more time to walk the extensive sea-front. As it happens, we travelled on to York and stayed in Hampton by Hilton there. 5 minutes walk from station (just past Grand). Just as good, excellent service, all facilities similar to Blackpool property and great value. Recommended for convenient location and good value, including "complimentary" breakfast.

The location was quiet and right on the front of south shore,very close to the trams and ideal for pleasure beach and sandcastle water park.The staff were very polite and helpful.The room was very clean comfortable and towels were changed if you need new ones daily.The breakfast were delicious and we ate in the hotel at night and the food was very good too.I look forward to staying again in the future.

United KingdomI’ve stayed a few times over the years for convenience of family staying locally. Please sort breakfast out, with the extension of the hotel I would have thought the area would have been made larger. 9am the queue to the hot breakfast was queuing out past the tables. People unable to get to the continental area and toast machine, coffee machines breaking, no cutlery out, spillages over the hot food area. It’s just mayhem. The staff were efficient cleaning the tables and were struggling to get past the customers just to replenish milk and bread. It’s like a bum fight and is through no fault of the staff but completely the wrong design. It really is chaotic and doesn’t set you up for a relaxing day.
Rooms are simple, clean and so comfortable. Staff extremely busy and always seems to be a wait but once you are served the staff are extremely helpful and I was served by a wonderful barman who couldn’t do enough for me. Brought a jug of water to the table.

It's a great location Seaview 👌 It's clean .walkable to all places. The hotel manager Mr fleshy made sure we had good stay..
