Some instructions for the coffee machine would be good, l couldn’t make it stop. We fixed the drop down cupboard in the coffee table, but it needs another screw to hold the catch in place. The stairs are quite steep to the second floor apartment.

Very quiet as we stayed during the week. We enjoyed the view over the harbour and the proximity to the shops and ferry quay.

Main car park behind the flat is closed for car entry between 11 and 5 because the main street is pedestrianised. Car parking is pricey but hosts will refund parking charges if asked.

Flat location is great, right in the middle of town within walking distance of all pubs, restaurants and shops..

It could have been the perfect stay but unfortunately the noise until 3am from the club right on the other side of the bedrooms spoilt a little bit the night.

Lovely property, well decorated, central location close to all restaurants and shops. Parking is easy in the area and we even have found chargers for our electric car close by. The view from the living room is beautiful and the Alexa pod a real plus when enjoying a glass of wine.

We came to Falmouth for the International Sea Shanty Festival. We only found out the car park below the apartment was closed when we wanted to book parking using the council parking website. The car park was closed for a Craft Fair in a huge marquee, so we had to find parking elsewhere which was a pain with luggage etc. There is no reserved parking, so to say the apartment comes "with parking" is stretching the truth just a little. So check the car park website first to see if it's closed on your chosen dates. The owners are happy to reimburse parking on receipt of ticket. If you have any mobility issues (we fortunately don't have these) such as climbing stairs, this is not the apartment for you because it is on the second floor and no lift. The nightclub across the road, even with all of the windows closed, was very loud with overspill of people on the street outside and the car park at the back of the property. Nightclub noise nightly from about 8pm through to 3.00am is not funny (unless you're under 25 and enjoying the entertainment) and mostly ruined our sleep (except on the Sunday when the club was closed). Falmouth Council send their street cleaning crews out early, but that was ok. Even so, we mostly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful town.

Contact with owners was good. Top marks for facilities like coffee-making, dishwasher, washing machine (although we didn't use these). Stylish lounge and dining area with glasstop table and acrylic chairs plus comfortable sofas. Very comfortable beds in the two stylishly decorated rooms, air con towers in bedrooms, suitcase racks, clean and easy to use shower (we've had a few adventures with weirdly operated showers previously), beautiful harbour views watching the sunrise and sunset, easy access to the town centre, National Maritime museum, railway station and festival events. Easy access to the property via doorcode system. It's a beautiful apartment centrally located and the weather was gorgeous (OK so it might not always be so!).

There is a nightclub across the road and the noise could get a bit much especially with noisy club goers in the parking lot behind the apartment, so the noise is from both sides.. We were able to get to sleep but it may affect sensitive families with small children.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable.The hosts are super friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going well. it’s an amazing location for being in the center of the town.

Not suitable for people which want to relax during the weekends as both bedrooms widows overlook the Disco-pub called Mango which opens until 4am and despite double windows it is imposible to sleep because of the drunk people shouting on the street. Apartment is on the 2nd floor - NO lift. No information on Booking web side. My mum would have had a hard time climbing those stairs.

Really nice place to stay, clean and beds very comfortable big bedrooms. Well equipped. Central location, easy parking - however bear in mind you have to pay it and at the end of your stay you have to forward parking tickets to the owners to have it reimbursed. Walking distance to everywhere.

It was noisy but due to its location it was expected so it didn’t bother us, some would have an issue.

The apartment was modern and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. We personally did not cater for ourselves but everything is there should anyone need it. The beds are extremely comfortable, all bedding and towels provided which makes packing so much simpler. The hosts were fantastic, friendly, informative and even offer us a free night although we were unable to take advantage of their kind offer.

the 2 nightclubs opposite which wasn’t appropriate for the people im our party as they didnt close until 3 am and lots of people screaming and shouting outside. would be great for people who like to party as in the thick of it

The apartment was perfect. Spacious enough for a family of 4 but affordable considering the quality and location. The views over the harbour are just fantastic. Perfect location to enjoy the numerous pubs and restaurants Falmouth has to offer.

we liked everything about the property. it is however just opposite a rather busy weekend bar but the hosts provide a plentitude of noise reducing aids to reduce its impact so it didn't worry us.

it had absolutely everything you needed. incredibly well stocked for your stay and beautifully comfortable. fabulous Central location.
