Lower ground floor apartment was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the nice breakfast goodies, including cereals which were replenished daily. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants/bars and also public transport.

No allocated parking was a bit of an issue for me. My problem as didn't realise apartment was on 3rd floor with narrow steep stairs. I should have asked.

The apartment was clean. Check in by very nice man. Very helpful. Easy booking with quick response to questions.

Wonderful location and the apartment was serviced, which was a bonus. As mentioned in other reviews it was a nice touch to have milk, coffee and breakfast provided. Internet was a little flaky and Netflix didn't work on the TV but they are very minor points. Would definitely stay again.

Minor - no parking facility. Luckily found a space on adjacent street but dared not to move car for whole length of our stay in case we lost the space.

Very spacious especially for 2 people. All standard facilities plus many unexpected extras included : Milk, bread, oranges juice in the fridge. Lots of crockery, glasses and utensils. Tea & coffee (coffee maker) making facilities with lots of refills. Dishwasher. Laundry washer/dryer with plenty of liquid clothes detergent provided. Great skyline views from the living room and bedroom. A few minutes walk into town centre.

Could have had a bath mat, as the floor got soaked when you got out the shower. A hook to hang up your towel would be very useful. The Appartment front door latch was missing. As a Woman staying on my own it was somewhat of a concern. Please can you change the battery for the smoke detection as it took me ages to fall asleep with the beeping !!

Nice high ceilings and decor. Very comfortable sofa & bed. I liked the little fridge welcome pack of bread milk , juice & croissants plus plenty of ice for drinks ! A home from home and would recommend a stay. The outdoor space was lovely too.

The apartment was on the top floor. Carrying luggage was not good as we both suffer from bad backs.

The location was a 5 min walk to the town centre. Spacious, comfortable apartment with love views over Cheltenham. A range of breakfast items was included. Prior to our booking I read that parking was unavailable, however, we left our car down Duke Street with no issues whatsoever.

Location was great everything near by shops pubs didn't want for anything loved Cheltenham it's self and great for travelling to other destinations went to lots of places and enjoyed all thanks to our hosts who were kind and friendly on arrival milk bread orange juice fruit breakfast cereal coffees thank you so much loved it had the best time it's what you make it too.

As above , we arrived on Saturday early and nothing was any trouble, we got met and Tim could not be more helpful.

Everything , you could not ask for anymore. The apartments are lovely and you could not want anything …. The apartments especially the kitchen facilities are very well done.
