The curtains need changing as they're incredibly mouldy and as this has been reported previously I feel it's something that should have been looked into. No idea if it's a possibility but we felt a small stove/oven rings/microwave would serve well just because it is quite in the middle of nowhere and if you don't want to go out and want to chill with the hot tub this means you're limited but just a suggestion more than anything. Also photos on booking.com need updating but not an issue.

Lovely peaceful location, you could hear all the different birds in the morning which was lovely. Hosts were really responsive even though we had an issue not receiving check in information it all worked out eventually. The Hut is cute, compact but the bathroom is a good size. We had a lovely little visit from the hosts dogs in the morning which was a nice surprise :) Thank you 😊

That I tripped up the stone path but that’s down to my clumsiness.

Love the peaceful setting and how cosy the stay was. Perfect for a night / weekend getaway. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is the perfect location. You have your own privacy and the views are amazing. Love what the hosts have done with this and I wish them and this quaint little getaway all the success in the world… I would / will definitely return.

I understand this issue isn’t easy to tackle because of the hot tub being just outside, meaning the floor can become wet. However, the curtains did have mould on them.

The accommodation was fenced off from the hosts home which I liked. I think this gave us more privacy as well as the host and their family. The hot tub was amazing and kept its heat well! You could also see cows from the airbnb which was lovely. The bed was extremely comfy and the host left out chocolates, cookies and books to read about the surrounding area. All rules for the hot tub were well explained and the host took time to send in depth details about our stay before we arrived which was great. The host also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was helpful!

The use of no sun loungers. When you get our the hot tub you either have to sit on little bistro type chairs or dry off and lie on the bed. It would be lovely to be able to lie and relax in the sun. The adjacent garden would be ideal and plenty spacious enough to have a shed with the use of sun loungers for those using the hideaway or the outhouse.

Small and compact but beautiful away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hot tub is a god send. Extremely clean.

This place is so pretty. It was clean as a whistle. We loved the personal touch of some chocolates and a welcome sign. The hot tub was amazing. It was so relaxing playing music, using the hot tub and the outdoor lights were a lovely touch. It is highly recommended. Lovely relaxing out of the way place to 100% chill.

Sadly no cooking facilities so longer stay maybe difficult. May be a little cramped if you have alot of luggage.

Cute little room, great for a short stay, with Hestercombe Gardens a few minutes walk away - ideal location for attending a wedding there. Felt nice and private. Outdoor tub was nice and under cover from the rain. Clean and tidy inside, nice tea and coffee facilities and small fridge. Good shower and bathroom.

Only downside was that there was no mirror in the main room, only one was in the bathroom. However the plug socket in the main room allowed me to see in the bathroom mirror whilst using hair dryer and straightener

The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at Hestercombe Gardens. Had lovely views, lovely and clean property. Housekeeper checked the hot tub levels whilst there but contacted us directly first to ensure the time was convenient.

Absolutely loved every second of our stay at the Hideaway! The countryside views were exceptional from the hot tub. We had everything we needed there including added extras shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tea/coffee, milk & biscuits. Everything was spotlessly clean too. Would highly recommend to all and defiantly will be returning in future, thank you.
