More choice in breakfast. sound protectors on corridor doors. The doors would bang and shake the room every time someone opened the door. Price too high for parking.

Only 2 sugars offered, yet numerous tea and coffee, it took 45 mins to get sugars, and reception staff suggested l came to collect it myself - i thought that was quite rude, where are the customers' services? I explained that I'd just come out of the shower The bathroom door was covered in makeup from the last occupant, orherwise the room was ok. Housekeeping staff needs to concentrate on underneath bed & the sofa. Missing hangers in the wardrobe. Poor lighting a lot of desk lamps are used to light the room Registered for HIG upon check in otherwise face £10 ph fee for late checkout. Issued with a letter telling me l should give scores on this feedback form between 8-10 points only (that was weird)...

I didn’t like that the hotel system was not updated with payment info. It was embarrassing having staff tell me I couldn’t go to my room until they had confirmed that payment had been made. I had to show them confirmation on my phone as they were trying to take £156 from my card on the day.

There was only one channel and the bathroom shower water drain was broken. Also the bathroom sink had a crack in it.

There was no lift in the hotel which was a downfall, that was the only thing I didn't like.

It was right next to the motorway, had free parking was a bonus, it has a gym swimming pool sauna and jacuzzi and shops near by, restaurant and bar was decent.

We book this hotel for its convenience / location near the motorway junction as we were working between Wolverhampton, Leeds & Birmingham and wanted a base to set up. The hotel is clean & well looked after. Staff are friendly & and they have a good size free carpark. The gym is a reasonable size & has a pool.

Noisy public area in the evening- no quiet place to eat dinner so we went back to our room for room service. Kids play area, noisy party going on, all mixed up in one place.

Excellent room - very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was great.

Ordered breakfast for 7am. At 7:30 nothing had arrived and apparently our order never made it to the kitchen.

Breakfast £16.95 on the day £12 evening before is not clear. A grumpy lady with long light hair hopefully refunded the £4.95 so I paid the same as my friends.

Lack of lift service

Swimming pool changing rooms not very clean floors. Restaurant area for Breakfast very cramped, it was a small seating area for such a big hotel.

A lot of Maintance needing doing to the room I.e the bath plug was broken and the window handle completely broke when opening it. I also wasn’t able to find the lift which meant I had to use the stairs.

The bed was comfy and large; The shower was powerful but also relaxing and the staff were attentive.

Bar lacked basics ie. Still bottled water no but sparkling yes only 2 0r 3 J20 flavours. Outside receiption it was not well maintained drink cup left and fag butts all over the floor. This could be improved.

Room location felt out of main entrance. It’s probably because most holidays go up. This one is more on the bungalow set up..

Easy to get to. I felt safe. The room felt far from reception. Almost as if one is getting out of the hotel. I didn’t fancy leaving my room after getting in but I felt safe enough ones I was in my room. Okay for an overnight stay and leave in the morning.

The carpet in the halls and stairs looked worn and ragged .the pool was a bit cloudy and there were bits of tissue floating around in it.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. I loved being able to use the pool and the token of a free drink for mother's day and the children's wrist band and activity pack was very welcoming
