Bathroom a bit pokey and smelled damp, prefer a bath but that's a personal thing. Restaurant service not the fastest. Outside areas to the rear of the property a bit tatty.

Comfy clean room with A/C TV and WIFI, excellent curry in the restaurant.

Unfortunately we were both woken up early hours of Saturday morning by a group of other residents walking up & down the corridor talking, laughing & joking rather loudly. Understand people come & go at different times but they could be respectful of other guests & leave quietly, these guests were definitely not trying to be quiet at all! Maybe signs could be put on the doors & corridors as a reminder to leave quietly? (Have seen this in other hotels)

Stayed for 2 nights as we were at Crufts. Location was good, Asda just across the road was ideal to stock up on snacks to take with us. Not sure heating was working in the room, was cold on arrival but we put the portable heater on & it did warm the room up well. Had tea in the restaurant the first night & it was very good & reasonably priced. My friend didn't find the bed very comfortable but it didn't really bother me, although would have liked some extra pillows in the room

The room was cold even when I turned on the heater, there's a sign that said very hot towel rail but it doesn't work it had rust and the bathroom was cold with mouldI didn't get a good night sleep my room was at the from sid next to the busy road but that would of be ok if not for the entry door at the hall way everytime some use the door it bangs when close so it keeps me awake. Ps don't order the lamb rogan josh you'll get a bowl of soup instead

The hotel was nice and my room was ok and the staff was very friendly.

The toilet flush button was broken (although still able to flush the loo) Breakfast was a lot to be desired - very cheap bacon and sausages - and had to ask for scrambled egg to be made as they didn't have any out in the hot plates.

Easy parking, easy access, and ok view from the room. The room was clean and tidy along with the bathroom, which was fully stocked with soap and shampoo. TV was in full working order, and there were plug sockets in close proximity to the bed and the desk.

    1. Initial room was previously occupied by a smoker and had to be moved. 2. It took several attempts to borrow and ironing board that should have been already present in the room? 3. Service in the restaurant took almost an hour.

Clean and tidy all the basics in place, Food was good.

I walked into an empty reception and it took 5 mins for someone to appear. Went to my room that stank of smoke and foust. It got worse when I tried to turn the heating on only to find out it was broken. The very helpful reception team arranger for a portable heater so thanks. To finish of the rooms are very poorly finished, dated and appeared very unclean. Sounds like I am on a rant here, but if you want or are happy with an unclean stop over then dig in but to be fair I have stayed in better travel lodges FYI.
