One bathroom was an ensuite. So, it couldn't easily be shared by all without compromising the privacy of the ensuite room. The big bed in the ensuite room was very uncomfortable. Felt old and over bouncy. Fortunately, there was another bed to jump into.

Lots and lots of things need doing to this place was genuinely a fantastic place because was close to town but other than that the apartment needs a lot of work! Broken windows, doors had holes in them, couldn't get boiler to work, front door had to mess around with the key for 15 mins to lock from the inside, broken blinds, dirty and chipped pots n pans in cupboard, food and milk still left in fridge when we arrived, shower plug hole was blocked, couldnt wash up as the plug had a huge hole in it, the back bedrooms all smelt really strongly of cannabis, my child found a tablet capsule in thier bedroom draw as well as some bonjela, and a half smoked cigarette above the coat hangers near the front door, holes in the floor boards in the bedrooms, broken marble around the fire place, was not suitable for children at all, this apartment needs a massive update and all broken things need replacing, it's such a shame as could be an amazing place if money was to be spent!

It was quite rundown, doors broken, needs some money spent on it to bring it up to date inside, outside the little path way was full of nettles overgrown so not well managed and no where to sit that was disappointing as it was lovely and sunny.

The property could accommodate 16 Adults easily and was in the centre of town so location was excellent we had a fantastic time as a family all being together.

Property is very very tired, lots of work needs to be done, ie downstairs shower cubicle dirty and moldy, ceiling paper peeling away and doors needs replacing as lots of panels missing or loose, missing doors in lounge so you can see all excess furniture which is being stored in there, its a massive building but does need money spent on it to bring it into much better condition

The mattress of the one bedroom isn't comfortable .

I recently rented a house that exceeded my expectations. The bathrooms were modern and spotless, offering a luxurious experience. The house's location was ideal, close to amenities like markets and restaurants. The landlord's warm and helpful nature made my stay even better. Overall, it was an exceptional experience that I'm looking forward to repeating.

A couple of areas that could do with a little updating, eg could do with a new mattress on one bed, the radiator in the single room (where the toddler slept) is not working, but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment of the weekend.

2nd time visiting this apartment. Great living area, love the huge bay windows for people watching, (perhaps some large cushions to make it a seat) quirky rooms, love the character of the place.

- shower on top floor drain seemed to be blocked and the shower tray filled up. - we understood that the gate into the courtyard needed to be kept locked for valid reasons - but with a big group of people it deemed very difficult to work around this, so some constructive feedback, maybe a key pad lock? this part of the review isn’t a negative, just a review based upon our group.

The property is dated but I wouldn’t say this is necessarily a bad thing as it’s perfect for groups. Ideal for what we needed it for.

The property had everything we needed. We were competing at the dolphin centre which was just around the corner and a perfect location. Excellent value for money.

The property was in very bad condition, bedroom window broken glass out of window frame therefore unable to close, a few doors were badly damaged holes in them, panels in bathroom door broken, fronts missing off kitchen cupboards , no curtains in sittingroom and unable to open windows, mould on bedroom ceiling and a smell when entering the property as if it was never aired or used.Property was definitely not as pictures on booking.com website. Entry to property is via another property this not advised when booking, having to fight with a lock and chain each time we leave or enter the property and the stairs leading into the property are very steep and dangerous, more like a fire exit!! Very embarrassed and dissapointed as I booked this for a family gathering Definitely will never recommend this property to anyone and feel let down that booking.com has this type of misleading information on their site, this ahould be investigated and corrected immediately!

It was perfect!

The house was amazing for a large family group. We stayed her for a few days over my sisters wedding. Graham was really really helpful with showing us parking and making our stay stress free and relaxing with becoming so accommodating with our requirements. I can highly recommend the apartment it's massive!

some shortcuts have been taken with some joinery , a few repairs cud be done here n there but nothing major at all , the steps up to the front door are very slippery when wet just be warned I found out the hard way lol the property could use with a second banister inside on other wall as they quite steep n awkward to Getty to go down with only one hand on one side plus a smaller hand rail right at the top to aid stepping down im disabled n found getting down these awkward stairs a nightmare n ended up having to back down on my hands n knees as top step is higher than usual n not enuf room to move ur foot to next ( steps in funny shape at top n join the 2 sides of house together ) apart from that it’s brilliant If I was nit picking TVs in rooms wud be nice for longer stays ,,even tho Iv made these comments it wasn’t really bad at all this it didn’t put a dampener on the time we were there as there were so minute really loved staying here

was a struggle to find but once we did it didn’t disappoint the court yard up to the property is beautiful once inside the size of the property shocked me looks smaller fi outside but is massive inside , all rooms good size and place was well kept and clean , beds were like sleeping on clouds , shops , bakery , kebab shop all outside your living room window host was more than welcoming and happy to help great location town centre is 5 mins walk away but plenty of shops right on your doorstep wish we had stayed longer as was such a nice place
