The restaurant was a calamity.. Main course bought out before starters. Sent it back and then had starters. Another main course arrived for my wife but not as advertised and overcooked. Another 15 mins before the 2nd main course was served and for a lasagne it was tasteless and there was no garlic flavour on the bread. Complained and was refunded. Only 1 member of staff trying to run bar and then serve meals most of the time. Will use again but eat outside or, as others were doing, have food delivered to eat in restaurant!

Great location to stay at for early morning ferry. Parking on site and free if you join at reception. Check in staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was warm and bed comfortable.

Lovely freshly topped up hot food and tasty

Breakfast was wonderful always freshly topped up, hot food was always fresh, our only disappointment was the toaster was abysmal took forever to toast we gave up in the end my food got cold

the Room itself was quite small. the bathroom whilst perfectly clean was very cramped and difficult to use. Couldn't really turn around in it without leaving bedroom door open

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff were very good and helpful and cleanliness was good. breakfast was good and bar areas useful for meeting friends.

The only criticism I have and you may think I am being silly, but the hot food was dished up on very cold plates. Thus the food was a tad cooler than it should be.

Did not stay for breakfast as had to catch a ferry.

.the bathroom was very small and the storage space was poor (no drawers )just a few shelves .Thought it was because it' was a single room,but was informed it was the standard double size.compzred to other chains I've stayed at ,it' has the worst rooms

A lot of noise both inside and out during the night. Strong smell of cannabis in the early hours of the morning. Bathroom was adequate but a little more space would have been more comfortable.

Room small but comfortable. My only criticism is the very tiny bathroom. I had to move the bin out to make more room!!

Perfect city centre location. We were attending a concert at the Guildhall which was only a 5 minute walk away. Easy walking distance to Gun Wharf Quay and Spice Island. Lovely lounge area to relax and enjoy a coffee or alcoholic drink. Good parking too.

Room was smallish and mainly clean, although the carpet had a number of stains. The bathroom was very small but adequate for one and the shower while a little small worked well with plenty of hot water.

Good location in the city within walking distance of the waterfront. Also the price was reasonable, and had a good breakfast that kept me going for the day. The staff were very good especially at check in. Also loved the "porthole" window in the bathroom, a nice nautical addition.
